Have to increase the power points and change the power point near the table to above table. We will have to bend low to insert the kettle plug. The full length mirror cannot be used if you open a luggage there.

Great hotel, very nice staff, convenient area.. but very small rooms. Had a room with 3 beds, and there was not enough walking space to move at the same time as another person.

Loved staying here. I really enjoyed the room options and it also came with a spot to sit and eat. The staff were so friendly and check-in was simple. Plus the amenities offered were amazing! Laundry room was great too.

Excellent location, very close to a train station as well as Osaka Castle. The room felt old and their breakfast definitely was less varied than what we had at other similar hotels in Japan.

There was not much information provided during checking-in. The hotel has self check-in but we checked in with the staff. We were not issued the breakfast tickets and had to return to the front desk the next morning. The room was extremely small compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Only one person at a time can walk around the room. There were only 2 outlets and there was no space for bags or anything. The hotel didn’t allowed food in the lobby. The room was too hot and we weren’t able to control our room temperature which was understandable but the hotel kept the room temperature too high. The dryer was not dry our clothes after many hours and yen. We ended up going to the laundromat and only spending 200 yen and 20 minutes. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka Castle.

This hotel is only 10 mins walk from Osaka Castle and 5 mins from subways. I can only talk about the room we we're stayed, mine was the cheapest one and tbh, you get what you pay. Don't expect too much out of the room. Its served the purpose.

Small room but very clean. Only complaint is the front desk service, when I asked her to help me on looking for tickets to Tokyo, all I got was a very cold, indifferent face and that made me very upset.

Great location in Osaka.
We were amazed that the room was so small, but we managed very well. The staff were very pleasant, and there was a lock box for valuables which was great. The location was brilliant, only about 100 yards from a subway. And easy walking distance to Osaka Castle. And to the excellent Osaka Museum of History.

Great location n convenient
Overall the place is in a great location with Osaka castle down the road n the train a few steps away from the hotel. Only thing I'd say abt the hotel is there are no stairs to reception, with big luggage bags or older people, a ramp would help. Rooms are smallish but manageable for a couple nights.

Decent hotel for excellent Osaka visit
The location of this hotel was fantastic--less than a block from a main subway station and near lots of restaurants. Many attractions are within walking distance, including the Osaka Castle. The lobby was attractive and service was very good. There were some cleanliness issues with our room, so some improvements could be made there for sure. Also was a bit frustrated with the temperature controls in the room (initially blowing only warm air, and temperature couldn't be adjusted), but staff were helpful by providing the key to open the room window which was an adequate solution. Room could use some upgrades / renovation. All in all, it was a good choice for our Osaka stay.

Thank you very much for staying with us at Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi. You have our sincere apologies regarding the air conditioning in your room. Air conditioning at our hotel is controlled by a central air conditioning system. As such, we are unable to adjust the temperature, and are able to only adjust how strong the wind comes out of each air conditioner. Our air conditioners have been installed such that our guests won’t suffer from falling trying to adjust the temperature. We thank you for helping spread word about our hotel. Great stay. Very close to Osaka castle. Very nice and welcoming staff. The only minor problems was that the room have a smile of smoking despite the fact that the room for non smoker. The breakfast is simple and nothing to notice about this. In general the hotel great for his location and the helpfully staff.
