Service was great, room with tatami mat was spacious, it was very quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. Breakfast was tasty too. We would love to come back and stay there again. サービスは良かったですし、畳のお部屋も赤ちゃん連れの4人ファミリーで快適でしたし、夜もとっても静かでぐっすり眠れました。 朝ごはんも美味しかったですしリーズナブルでまた泊まりたいです。

Great stay !
It's a return stay for us in that hotel, room was of reasonable size, front desk staff fanatic as usual. Hotel furnishing well kept. Only grouse was the late check in. Other then that , good hotel and location and it's across a donki outlet.

Pleasant and comfortable.
My family of three stayed for 2 nights (Economy triple room, non-smoking) at Awina. It's a short walk from the drop-off point by the airport limousine express bus. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but not much space to move around with three beds. We'd to open our luggage bags on the beds but that's manageable. Wi-Fi strength was good. Nothing great about the breakfast. Anyway, there're convenient shops (Lawson and Donkihote) across the road. You can also find some shops and eateries around the hotel. We enjoyed the walk (about 20 - 30 minutes) through the neighbourhood to Kuromon Market (near Nipponbashi Station). It cost us 1000Yen to take a taxi from Dotobori River (Glico Man) to the hotel at night.

Conveniently-located hotel in Osaka
Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well-located, with easy access by airport bus from both Osaka Itami International Airport and Kansai International Airport.

Room was very old, air condition wasn't good..... Mattress was too soft. Wifi was fast.

Nothing to shout about. Just a note that there was a short flight of stairs from reception counter to the elevator (did not recall seeing a ramp nearby), so need to carry the luggage by hand.

Great Hotel!
Great hotel, extremely close to the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful despite not being very proficient with english. Very accommodating to early check out time.

Hotel location is good - but small room
Hotel location is around the corner from the station and is in walking distance of the castle (Mile plus) and Namba areas. For some reason the website said the hotel had no reception so we didn't know what to expect - but this is a proper hotel with the usual reception. We paid quite a lot two nights (no breakfast) for a small room for three - with the third bed squeezed between the other two beds so you couldn't actually walk in between the beds. So the room was satisfactory, with reasonable wi fi and limited view of the street.

A bit old and overpriced...
its kinda old and overpriced. i would normally rate it a 3 star but comparing it to the other spots in Osaka that we stayed in I can give it a 4 star because checkin was easy and the staff were nice. TV was small 20". CR was clean but cramped and the half sized tub you can only sit not lie down. we didnt eat there. only 1 pillow per person and soft mattress but sheets were clean. no free coffee only tea. they provided maps in the room for visitors to help get around which is nice.

Accessible and quality service!!!
The hotel is 2 blocks from a train station if you want to explore Namba, Dotonbori, etc. the location is really good but above anything else the hotel service at the lobby is superb!! They are super helpful and very much accomodating. I wish I got the names of the people on front desk so I can give them a shout out for a job well done!!! Thank you Hotel Awina!

This hotel is close to Osakauehonmachi Station, less than 5 minutes walk. And, the train takes less than 10 minutes to Namba Station, which is convenient.

important info if you want to book this hotel
The only thing this hotel has is location, its close to subway and you can walk to many places in Osaka. The room was very small, odd shaped bathrooms and the pillows very uncomfortable, night staff does not speak english and will not help you if you need anything (mostly bc they do not understand what you want). If your booking includes internet DEMAND it, they will say they do not have wifi until you show them your booking includes WIFI; do this in the morning when managers are around since they speak english.

Affordable stay at a location quite close to Namba
Navigating to the hotel is quite easy. We took the airport bus from Kansai Airport and alight at just about 200m from the hotel. It appeared more sizeable than we thought. However, we found it not being kept up very well in general. When we went out and back, we found we were almost the only guests stayed in the hotel. Nonetheless. It was value for money. The staffs were very responsive to our complaint of noise at the adjacent room after midnight. Very polite and good staffs. Location wise it is close to both subway and Kansei railway stations, and just two stations away from Namba. A supermarket open until 11pm is nearby. A good choice if you don't mind taking a ride few subways stations from the popular tourist area while the price is really affordable.

Awina Osaka is a very good value.
Primarily needed a hotel convenient to Kintetsu Station which has excellent airport connections by bus. The hotel was a much better experience than the ratings indicated. it isn't luxurious, but it is spotless, the rooms are spacious and the service perfect. I would definitely consider staying at the Awina Osaka again. It is entirely sufficient for most needs when visiting Osaka.

quiet hotel at the back street of the station
unlike the info. provided on the expedia, the hotel has NO wifi provided which suprised us!! fortunately, there has a trainee staff from china, mr. chan, who helped us a lot and found that there has ONE cable for wifi, however, only available in one room. he then suggested us moving into the family suite of 4 by combing 2 rooms to have this resolved finally, without cost upcharged. we greatly appreciated it. we have stayed here for 4 nites. no foreign guests at all but the local travellers of japanese. clean, tidy and quiet but a little bit old which might need to have some rennovations. the hotel is located in the residential area in the back street of the kintetsu station and with a few convenient stores which we found that it's quiet and good. there has direct limousine bus from the KIX airport taking u to the uehomachi station (drop off station is sheraton hotel) which is a v good option for those who have large luggages. if u don't mind taking you 10 mins. walking inside the station from kintetsu to the metro daily and NO wifi and away from the bustling city center, i would suggest u trying this hotel.

Good hotel by station
The hotel is in a good location by the station in Osaka. Easy to find with Google maps and cabs know which hotel you are referring to. The room was a little smelly but big compared to other hotels. The showers are closed at odd times and crowded at regular times. Overall had a good experience but I might look around more before booking this place again.

施設は古いですが、公共施設らしい広々としたものがあり、ロビーも部屋も広々としています。五階には狭いですが浴場があり、電子レンジもあるので、特に不便はありません。上本町に徒歩五分で値段を考えると良いと思います。
