Very modern building, clean and well organised. Spa facilities are an added bonus! Great value for a family stay. We only stayed 1 night as passing through on route to the south so we didn’t get a chance to visit the town as raining so much during our short stay! Breakfast was really nice too. Deffo recommend. Great family room.

Nice pool. Pretty village. But no housekeeping (without paying extra) and have to clean own kitchen before checkout?!?!? Trop bizarre

Very nice hotel in a very nice area.
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was well equipped and there is an excellent indoor swimming pool which you are encouraged to use. Dressing gowns are provided which are handy to use when going down to the pool. The nearby town is very pretty worn a large picturesque lake in the centre. We will definitely return again in future. One small thing, it is not the easiest to find!

We had lovely stay here for two nights. We had breakfast on the first morning and was squished onto a table which we struggled to get to 2 of the seats due to it being so close to another table.

Great stopover, peaceful setting.
BO cottages was a great stopover for 2 nights. The appartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and very comfotable. The pool facility was lovely but did get really busy at peak times. Reception closed at 8pm and we didn't eat there. The spa was a 10 minute walk away down a steep hill and the town 20 mins. Bagnole de L'orne was beautiful with lots of parks, amenities and great bars and restaurants. Lots to keep a 5 yr old entertained. Mini golf and pedelos. Visited the art deco church which was very pretty. Walk back was fine. Paths through forrest were well lit but very steep. Highly recommended.

Apart hotel
This is an apart hotel, the rooms are lovely but the reception area is lacking. When we stayed there was a large group of American kids and it felt like we were in a hostel with them as they monopolised the hotel making allot of noise. However room and pool and location all great.

Beautiful b’O
Brilliant hotel, beautiful location. A real hidden gem. Pool area was fantastic for adults and kids alike (the slides in the kids pool were adored by our kids). Rooms were spacious & well equipped. You need to take out own rubbish & clean/tidy kitchenette, so washing liquid and cloth recommended!

Slept on a sofa bed
We were initially surprised to be sleeping on a sofa bed, having realised that I booked the wrong type of room and if you wanted a separate bedroom it was about double the price. Having said that, once settled, the sofa bed was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. The kitchenette was very useful and we enjoyed the self catering aspect with a great supermarket less than a mile away to stock up on provisions. Be mindful of the €250 hold on your card at check in to cover against potential damage or not cleaning at the end of your stay!

Have stayed here a few times and noticed on my most recent visit that the sofa beds are not as comfortable as they were - difficult to get a full nights sleep without tossing and turning - they're not really suitable for permanent usage. Was informed that guests need to bring their own rubbish down to the communal bins on check out, if this is the case they could do with cleaning up the area and providing a tap for people to wash their hands after being at the bins

Short stay
The hotel complex is in a small town which is really quite nice which feels "upmarket". We stayed for 3 nights and had been planning on using it for a base to play golf however, illness got in the way of that. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom (wet room) and a small kitchenette area. We didn't actually realise that we only had a sofa bed to sleep on, however, it was comfortable which was good as my husband hurt his back which is why we couldn't play golf. The staff were friendly and helpful which was good as they didn't have our booking when we arrived so we spent a fraught time waiting to see if they could put us up - which they did. The complex has a pool and is attached to a casino and spa which is a little walk away down a path (fine going down a bit of a hard slog walking back up). The restaurant food is lovely and really well priced. We decided to have a spa trip and had a couples package which was lovely and the staff at the spa were really nice, welcoming and friendly. There are different types of room available and some which are family orientated so they have connecting doors which is handy for families. There are lots of woods and trails around the town so ideal if you like to walk. Overall we would stay there again and would recomend this place as a getaway for couples.

Having stayed here before and never had any problems I was disgusted with my most recent visit - only one member of staff on reception when I arrived which resulted in me standing at reception for 20 minutes before I eventually got to speak to anybody, then to add insult to injury they wanted a €250 security deposit (never had to pay this on previous visits) - I was assured on check out last Thursday 14th August that the €250 would be refunded to my card that day but I'm still waiting for it - not sure if I would stay again - you really don't need to be left standing for 20 minutes after doing a long drive

We are traveling through France, for the last 10 days and this hotel was the best one we stayed so far. Beautiful location wonderful hotel, very clean and modern. Kitchen well equipped. Great for relaxing.

We stayed here for one night while travelling in France. The hotel is of a good standard but it is really apartments useful for longer stays. The restaurant is not open at night and they demand a 250Euro deposit on check in. The room was fine but the bed for our four year old was the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area which meant that when she had gone to bed we were unable to use the lounge/kitchen area

Great hotel
Only stayed one night but wish I had booked more nights. It was perfect for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Kids loved room, space and the fact that wifi was available in rooms for free and at quite a good speed. The swimming pool is fantastic with kids not wanting to get out. The greeting at reception was very pleasant. As I said before we only spent 1 night but enjoyed it immensely.

Tres bel établissement. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit bémol sur la chambre un peu défraîchie, tapisserie qui se décolle, moquette tachée... Mais les services proposés compensent.

L'intérêt de B'O cottage est de disposer d'une cuisine équipée permettant de prendre ses repas dans la chambre. C'est un lieu que je fréquente régulièrement pour sa piscine. L'hôtel est très agréable mais il vaut mieux y aller à des périodes sans trop de fréquentation.

Si j'avais réservé dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, j'aurais été super contente, mais là, quelle déception ! Chambre vieillotte, mal entretenu, on a l'impression d'être dans l'hôtel de la radinerie avec les tarifs d'un couteau noté dans la cuisine. Il faut vider ses poubelles !!!!! Alors ça, ça ne m'étais jamais arrivé 😁 La piscine est bruyante avec ses jets et vieillotte également, on vient pour se relaxer et on se tape des cris d'enfants. On y est resté 3h et nous n'avons jamais vu une seule personne faire le ménage, avec les vas et viens, c'est dégoutant par terre. Autre chose : à l'accueil on nous dit que la ville de Bagnoles éteint toutes ses lumières et qu'il faut pas qu'on se plaigne vers eux en gros. Sauf que les seules lumières que j'ai vu éteinte la nuit était à l'hôtel pour aller jusqu'au parking et non à la ville ! C'est les économies au maximum cet hôtel, pour la question écologique, c'est super, mais après les lampadaires solaires ça existe, et sinon, ne pas remettre la faute sur la ville ! Point positif : le buffet du petit déjeuner était super, mais bon au vu du prix (15€ par personne), heureusement ! Point d'amélioration : Aucune pancarte indiquant si nous devions faire nos oeufs durs nous même ou si ceux présents étaient déjà cuits. Du coup, j'ai ouvert un oeuf (pas cuit) et 👉 gaspillage

Séjour très agréable . Nous avons profité du super espace aquatique et nous avons fait de très belles balades.Sans avoir à utiliser notre voiture car l’hôtel est bien situé.

Cela fait 2 fois que je viens et lieu très sympa 😀relaxant ne manque rien ds l’hébergement ; petit bémol on pourrait avoir des claquettes jetables pour aller à l’espace aquatique car les couloirs pas très propres pour les pieds
