“Good location and price for what you get”

Good location, price was very reasonable, room was clean and adequate but in need of updating. Providing internet service in the room, either wireless or a hard line connection, would be a great start.

“Not impressed”

I expected more about this hotel, there was not internet in rooms I can´t believe it . Just for a couple of nights, some of the devices didn´t work. There wasn´t microwave. And the worst was the location , we had to drive a lot because the airport, mall ´s and attractions were so far.

“awesome for the price”

Honest opinion. If you are not planning to be at your hotel much. This is a great place. If you want to relax poolside and to enjoy the hotels amenities then book somewhere else. Although they do have a great sports bar inside and a deli and pizzeria within the hotel. They have security so you can't even enter the premises if you don't have a reservation. I found this a plus. Cable and GNOME included. Small refrigerator in the room which allowed me to put soda and beers. Great restaraunts all within a mile. Like Red Lobster ,Carabbas,Buff WildWings, dennys, IHOP and more. Overall like I said. Greaaat for the price

the trade show was in Orlando, looking back I would stay in orlando next time because the taxis charged $ 80.00 each way to get back and forth

“I guess you get what you pay for...”

I am so unsatisfied with this hotel. This is the second time I have stayed there. I chose this hotel the second time cause of the location and price. We were just going to sleep there for the weekend. The first time we stayed we got great service and had no issues. This time it was a different story. Upon check in I had to wait a good bit of time and there was only one other guest in front of me while there were 2 clerks behind the desk. Then they gave us a room way way in the back of the hotel. Get to the room, it was as expected. Go to connect to the internet and nothing. Called the front desk and the guy was pretty rude in his response. He told me that the free WiFi was in the lobby and then told me to walk up to the lobby with my laptop, connect and then walk back to the room and it should work. Ummm..no. Not gonna happen. I was like whatever. I have my phone. Next issue was that we put the do not disturb sign on our door. No need for service. We were only there for 2 nights. We got back to our room Saturday night and our room had been cleaned and the do not disturb sign had disappearded. We did not want anyone in our room hince the DND sign on the door. I reported his upon checkout and the clerk was like I will let the housekeeping manager know. So needless to say nothing will be done. Its not a bad place to stay. Better than some other hotels we have stayed in in the area. The customer service could use some help. Oh and the WiFi. Dont offer free if you dont have it.

“Close to Disney”

The location was great! Outside of staying inside of Disney World this hotel is about as close as you could get to the DIsney Theme Parks. We found many restaurant options in the neighborhood and were sastified with our stay.
