i love the house. it was very clean. nicely up dated. pool was awsome, kicthen was very clean i really love the house. This was our second trip to florida first one was okey but this one was really good. My two boys enjoyed pool after spending day in park. we will definetly recommend this hotel and we will book our next trip with them.

We arrived and the instruction for the key opener was very difficult to open and to replace was even harder. But the House was very clean and well managed. I would defintely go back on my next girls weekend.

“Wish I Could Go Every Weekend”

This villa was unbelievably nice and clean. We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in pool and the comfortable rooms. We felt at home and totally spoiled at the same time. Booking was easy and communication with management was very pleasant and easy. Our whole family agrees that when we go back to Orlando we won't waste any time shopping around for something "better" because that doesn't exist. Highly recommended!

“Villa”

Florida vacation villas have again made our second visit to Florida amazing:) clean pool, great villa, nice and quiet location.. Excellent. Virgin Atlantic though... On way there, with American staff, it was ok, nothing flash though but standard. However, the British staff, apart from one stewardess were rubbish, rude and impatient. Our tv's didn't work and no one really gave a crap.. So goto the villa:) don't use virgin :(

“Connecticut Softball Mom...very happy!!!!”

Exactly what we were hoping for! Clean, spacious, convienant to ball fields and disney but away from the "strip" of tacky stores selling tees etc...there was a great pizza place 5 minutes away w gourmet pizza and salad, in Publix shopping center. The gated community was a huge plus as was the game room. Our two teenagers were very happy with the game room, pool and privacy. will see you next year for sure! thank you........

“Perhaps THE highlight of our trip!”

Post-booking, the on-line registration process was easy, and the subsequent communication from the property manager was clear and professional. From the moment of our arrival, we were amazed at the "villa" (actually a two-storey, single-family home in a gated neighbourhood). Clean, well appointed... certainly MUCH more than we were expecting. By booking through Expedia, we were entitled to the "larger home" and "games room" upgrades at no extra cost. That meant an extra bedroom (which we ended up using as a nap/relax room) and a converted garage that housed a pool table, air hockey, dart board and (unstocked) dry bar. Every bedroom included a cable-serviced TV, and the living room featured a beautiful HD TV (with a PS2 to boot!). We saved TONS by grocery shopping nearby and packing lunches for our day trips to Disney (15 min away!) and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Though honestly, there were days where we wanted to just lounge at the villa by the pool! Our included ratings on a scale of 1 to 5 should all read "10"! Cannot recommend more heartily... INCREDIBLE value!

“Better than hoped for”

We spent a week at the home we rented which was a 4 bed 3 bath instead of the 3 bed 2 bath we expected. Well furnished, plenty of extra blankets, books and movies. Nice to have room to spread our family of 5 out after a full day of vacation. Maintenance notes around the home were reasonable.

“Florida Vacation Villas the ONLY way to stay...”

I always wish I could go on vacation without leaving home... and HOME is what we found when we traveled from Ohio to Orlando for a week family vacation. Quiet, relaxing, ALL the comforts of home and a staff VERY helpful in making every detail of our vacation one to remember! Over a month later I can close my eyes and reflect on the vacation and feel refreshed once again... now THAT is the way to stay!

“The most comfort for your money.”

The home was everything we expected. The location was not too far at all from Universal Studios or Disney. The kids loved the game room, the pool and the fact that they each had their own room. The only thing I would suggest, is that more toiletries be added, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner etc....

I am extreemly satisfied with the hotel. Whatever you see on their website is not fake at all. It is real and more colourful on sight. Excellent location away from noise. It is my way of perfect relaxation. My kids really really love the swimming pools and were sad to leave. Like I said earlier on, we can't wait to go back to Florida. We have told our family friends about it and they are looking forward to visiting one of these days. Thanks.
