Hotel itself is very nice and clean with big rooms. Bathroom fan was very loud. But what let the whole experience down is service at breakfast. Unfortunately there was no option to book a room without a breakfast, so everyone was in a room. It was only couple of girls running around like headless chooks trying to accommodate everyone without success as it was too many people. Food was constantly running out. Literally everything. We came down to find no food even bread wasn’t there. I was waiting for a coffee to be refilled in a thermos for almost 10 minutes. This service is not acceptable.
Because i was staying there because it was close to hospital for my appointment i was almost in my room for whole day for 2 days and i had to do uber cause the restaurant there was close on sunday and all lunch hour and on monday when it opened i was disappointed because of food option ended up eating chips for dinner. But the breakfast was good.
The rooms were generous and the beds were so comfortable. It is the perfect location for anyone needing to attend the hospitals.
Breakfast was great and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
It was a bit of a shame room service was not available Sundays. Orange has a great range of dining options though which I got an opportunity to explore.
We were advised by email that breakfast was available from 6:30am. When we went to breakfast on Saturday morning it was no opening until 7:30am.
This was a dilemma due to the kids had a 7:30am start.
Plenty addressee this as there needs to be exceptions allowed for athletes who start earlier.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed, the rooms are exceptional the workers are really friendly which makes the stay very comfortable.
I had the pleasure of eating in the Restaurant and had the best steak .. it was absolutely perfect.

Received friendly but professional service at the reception upon check-in. Staff were friendly and provided useful information, such as attractions, upon request
Great place , very nice room, the issues I had was no phone reception. Only my Telstra Work Phone would work. The free wifi will not let you uses dating apps or look at porn on the internet. They should change this as I am not a child.
If your business is at either hospital, this is a great place to stay. Super clean. Big rooms. Restaurant service a bit average and the breakfast isn’t great but I’d stay there again.
Super friendly staff, all the way from check in to departure. Not sure room was fully ready as we needed towels and a few wrappers on the floor but towels got sorted really quick. Very accommodating to our breakfast dilemma as we had to leave before buffet opened by arranging a continental breakfast to keep overnight in the fridge. Nice new property. Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast. Attractive bar and dining area but didn’t eat dinner In restaurant. Some staff could have been friendlier.
