Two blocks from Disneyland® Resort, Peacock Suites is eight blocks from the Anaheim Convention Center and five miles from Knott's Berry Farm.

Peacock Suites Anaheim provides a covered outdoor pool area with two spas. A rooftop sundeck offers soft music and a fireplace. The hotel serves a complimentary Continental breakfast, and additional breakfast selections are available for purchase.

“Adequate, but noisy”

This hotel was adequate for what we needed. Did have a problem 2 nights in a row with noise above us at 1am. Called front desk and problem was addressed quickly. I probably would not stay here again due to other hotels I saw closer to the park.

“Not like the pictures”

I am not one of those picky people it doesn't take much for a hotel to make me happy. Make it clean and comfortable, but mostly clean. That being said, the moment I entered the room I was in shock. It was nothing like the picture. The bathroom was the biggest shocker though. I went in and flipped on the light and there was this huge wad of hair floating across the floor, like someone emptied their brush and threw it down. There was no counter top!( I don't know if it was because we had the handicap room, it was the only room avail they said they know no one smoked in.) Right below the mirror there was a little glass shelf about a foot long. There was a tub with a white plastic shower head that sprayed water everywhere no matter how much you tightened it to the pipe on the wall and in between the holes the water comes out of, there was dirt and it was all gray and gross. The walls were textured and in the texture above the tub was black mold looking stuff. The toilet squealed after you flushed it. The hairdryer had long hairs hanging off it. The big square pillows on the bed had black streaks on it, the remote didn't work. When I unfolded the spare blankets there were long black hairs on the blanket! You can hear EVERYTHING above you and in the halls! The breakfast sucked unless all you like is mini muffins and juice. I had to pay for valet parking, but my car was a VERY short distance away I could have gotten it myself! This place will make you feel dirty. Yuck!

Area recommendations

I have stayed at the Sheraton and Desert Palms and loved them both, but I was trying to save a little money this time . If I had it to do all over again, I would have chosen one of them. Sheraton had a bus no extra charge that took us to Disneyland but there was no fridge. Desert Palms had excellent breakfast no charge, free parking, fridge and microwave and they were a very short walk to Disney. I guess I learned that you do get what you pay for, if it is super cheap, it is probably going to be gross

What to pack

Get a hotel with a fridge and microwave. Bring snacks and eat at the hotel and have one meal per day at Disneyland. You can take food into the park, load a bag with goodies and drinks and get a locker for a few bucks. You will save mucho $$$ not eating every meal and snack at DLand. Plus, near many hotels there is a seven eleven to get stuff at too.

“A great fit for a family with kids”

We have stayed in this hotel two years in a row while visiting Disneyland. We have three children, ages 6, 5, and 3, and we have found the Peacock Suites very suitable to our needs. The family suite, which includes a bedroom with a king bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa, has been great. I can see it being more cramped with older children, though. The bathrooms are clean and well-kept, and our kids were very happy with the jacuzzi bathtub. The hotel's breakfast room gets crowded, so we usually just brought our food up to our room. The food selection was meager, but better than the typical continental breakfast. (We also brought food from home and utilized the room's fridge, toaster, and microwave.) Our whole family loved the pool area. The staff, including housekeeping and valet, were very courteous. The shuttle to Disneyland, which picked us up right outside of the hotel, was also very convenient. All in all we were very satisfied and will likely return to the Peacock Suites in the future.

“Great location”

Could not accommodate our early check in but we were able to leave cases at the Peacock Suites, room was clean and comfortable - all requests were responded to quickly i.e booking taxis, tickets to events etc. Would highly recommend good location about 10 min walk to Disneyland and also bus stop outside venue and 7 eleven on the corner

“Close to Disneyland”

The beauty of Peacock Suites was it was close to Disneyland and it had the disney shuttle bus stop right outside. It was clean, however the 2 bed room was extremely cosy! The bathroom needed an exhaust fan and better lighting. Breakfast was plentiful, however the SMALL cardboard plates didn't hold the toast very well. The customer service staff, including the concierge, were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay there if you're in Anaheim to visit Disneyland, and not be living in the rooms all day. Be aware check in time is 4pm, which is quite later than most other hotels.

“A little to far from excitement!”

“Cant wait to go back!”

Everything about the hotel stay was great. Kids loved it, they played the games down stairs. I loved the comfortable bed and the breakfast. The only two complaints I would have would be NOT enough lighting in the vanity area and charge for parking. I've never had to pay for parking at a Hotel.

“can't wait to go back”

the room is small, but it is clean and have everything I need. the air-conditioner is too old and it is noisy. otherwise, everything is so good. i would go back again.
