“Awful service, bed bugs”

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I will definitely make the exception. I travel a lot and I never experienced in my life, worse service and more dirty hotel than this. People on the front desk are extremely short, rude and un polite. If you try to open your room with the electronic key they give you and doesn't word, don't be surprised. They changed the code. Take it to the front desk and they reception will give you an attitude to replace it. If you wake up the morning, and your whole body is etching, again, don't be surprised. Go to CVS and buy some special lotions for bedbugs. I've recently found out, how good deal CVS has on such a lotion - you buy 3, you get 1 for free. Make sure you don't forget to throw away all your clothes before bring them home, otherwise contact uhaul to order a track to move to a new place. Last but not least, don't you dare go to Red Robin which is connected to this hotel. You will wait more than 30' to give your order, and at the end you will leave by accepting the waitress' attitude. Good luck.

“Great Value!!”

The hotel is a full service Holiday Inn. Fantastic amenities, standard rooms, great service. We stayed here after going to Knott's Berry Farm. It is a great alternative to the expensive hotels near Disney and Knott's. I highly recommend this place!

Shopping

There is Red Robin downstairs and its great. There is also an Elephant Bar and a local restaurant right across the street. We also found an Albertson's and CVS drugstore about a mile away. Righ off of the I-5, so overall a great location.

“La Mirada Holiday Inn Nice Choice”

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant attached to hotel with several other restaurants across the street made dining convenient. Does not offer complimentary breakfast, which other hotels of similar quality usually provide.

“Good Hotel”

It was a very nice experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very courteous, the rooms were clean and the hotel is ideally placed close to Disneyland. They also provided free drop and pick up to Disneyland. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

“convenient location”

reported very poor tv picture. desk stated they would have someone there right away. never seen them. nba, lakers playing at home and was unable to enjoy the game. wasn't blacked out. just poor picture. would not expect that . 4

“Great deal”

GREAT place... super clean, modern, friendly. Our only complaint would be the huge pillows that gave us stiff necks in the morning. No big deal though, we'd stay there again in a minute.

“Not Impressed”

Building is "dated", all TV programs had to be paid for including local channels @ $5.00 per 2 hour viewing time. "Cheap", very cheap- I have stayed all over the world and never paid for local TV. Commercial property behind hotel was a trucking company with truck back up alarms starting before 06:00AM. Best feature of place was Red Robin restaurant but closed early every night- 8PM!

“Excellent value”

Rooms were in good condition, staff was friendly and helpful. Shower valve and toilet flush mechanism were less than perfect but overall we were very pleased.
