Interior decor was very pleasant i liked that you had a pleasant outdoor seating area plus 2 doors in the unit and undercover car parking

The property is tired! Our check in experience wasn’t great, the staff seemed incompetent. Our room had an upgraded bathroom, however, it could have been cleaner. The second bedroom in our family room had no fan or air conditioning, which meant that our two children couldn’t sleep in there - we dragged the mattresses out to the main room. Curtains were filthy and not hanging properly in some spots. The pool was not clean and there was a huge amount of wasps in the area, including in the water. No meals were available due to no chef. We won’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to our friends.

It was a spacious family room. It was clean but smelt like cigarette smoke. The window front and kangaroos were lovely. It rained so we didnt get to use the pool. The almond farm next door had a gas gun that went off but was not able to hear it in the room. Comfortable stay. Undercover parking was great considering the storm. The restaurant was closed but staff rang ahead to tell us it would be closed. I would stay there again with the family.

Tired but clean.
We’ve stayed several times in the past- always loved it. unfortunately it’s now very tired. Very clean so no problems there. Sheets and towels very thin - need replacing. No cutlery or wine glasses A reasonable price, large rooms and a quiet location.

Prompt service by a lovely staff member to repair a bed....however only 1 staff to service desk, bar and whatever else might come up.... Nice large rooms, bathrooms recently renovated, fluffy white towels. Bistro closed....probably lack of staff...

Room was smelly, sliding door did not shut or lock properly, room required maintenance, shower leaked, shower curtain mouldy, taps not marked hot and cold, no soap dish in shower, nobody at reception. Used to be a nice place but going downhill rapidly.

Unit had been recently renovated it was very comfortable with kangaroos sitting just outside very peaceful. It was disappointing that the restaurant was shut at the time of our stay. Would highly recommend this facility

False advertising, there is no bar or restaurant. The pool is empty and in need of repairs. The whole facility is run down and needs maintenance. We booked a room with a sofa bed. This was not make up. The pillows are rock hard and the bed was 30 years old with springs bulging out. The air-conditioning works well. Carpet needed vacuuming, lots of dead insects on the floor. Not worth the money at all.

Good Afternoon Sharon, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. All guests were contacted prior to check in to inform them that our Bistro would not be available due to our Chef having had an accident. The bar was however open all day and in to the evening. Our pool is seasonal and is scheduled to reopen at the end of this month at the same time as the other public pools open in the Riverland. I have not had any other comments or complaints about the mattress in the room that you stayed in, however we will make it a priority to inspect the mattress. It is however relatively new reasonably new. I am surprised about the insects, as your room was inspected by the Duty Manager prior to your arrival and marked off as clean.Once again, we apologise for your dissatisfaction and thank you for your feed back.

A potentially great property that was let down by poor maintenance. Renovated Bathroom looks really nice but: 1. Room had a weird odour, that we could not resolve by airing the room (it seemed clean). 2. shower needs rubber seals on doors as floods bathroom 3. curtains did not work 4. No cook, meant no food available With a bit of effort could be a great spot

Great grounds but that’s where it ends
Beautiful grounds but room was disappointing. Freshly renovated bathroom had hot/cold water the wrong way, gap under shower screen so puddles after showers, no hook/hanging space for clothes. Very poor wall insulation so very noisy when room next door occupied. Breakfast included but not set up until guests arrived and packed up before end time because ‘they thought no one was coming’. Carpet not vacuumed properly and stepped on small gum nuts several times.

The property was quiet, and each room looked out on to the golf greens.kangaroos came in at dusk. The staff were friendly. Rooms roomy and clean. The food was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly and courteous couple. They were ever so helpful and made checking in easy. We walked to the restaurant for an evening meal and thoroughly enjoyed the butter chicken as it was made with love. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Slight issue with a broken water pipe.. That's life and things happen out of these guys hands and was fixed very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. TV didnt work. Couldn't have tea as kettle had some mouldy grunge in the bottom. Fan in bathroom had dirt and dust all over it. Would have been excellent if not for these important things.

I had a lovely room overlooking the golf course. It was very clean, warm and the bed very comfortable. My critism is that it was not open for meals or breakfast.

I am sorry for the confusion. We offer breakfast in our Bistro 7 days per week, and our bistro is open for all day dining from 12 noon until close.
