You and Me Suites Oia

"We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at You and Me Suites in Oia (Santorini). From the moment they met us at the airport to the moment we left everything was perfect. Our room was perfect (we were an adult couple and two adult children) with a comfortable double bed and two very comfortable single beds. The room had great amenities: Nespresso machine, mini fridge, robes, etc. The view from the terrace just outside our room, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, was staggeringly beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us to book taxis, restaurant reservations and activities. The location of the villa was absolutely perfect—immediately adjacent to the castle where everyone hikes to see the sunset each evening so you benefit from the views but avoid the (major) crowds. All in all, our stay was perfect! For context, we travel extensively in Europe, the Caribbean and barely have we enjoyed vacation as much as we enjoyed this one."

"Awesome location. Free wi-fi, air conditioning worked great. It was so beautiful inside. We had our own patio where we could watch the sunset. I never wanted to leave! The beds were really comfy. They gave you all the stuff you need like soaps, shower caps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, wipes and nail files. You could also change the language in the TV too. It was an open and very inviting place to stay. It was so clean and put together. I love Just Blue!"

"The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and located in a beautiful area. My room was comfortable, and the property met my expectations. The staff during check-in were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, my experience during check-out was much less positive. The level of service was noticeably different. Although I had tipped the staff generously, assistance with luggage was limited and I was left to carry my luggage a considerable distance on my own. When I asked for help arranging a taxi, I was simply directed elsewhere rather than receiving assistance from the property. I was also disappointed with the attitude and customer service from the property management, which at times felt unhelpful and not guest-focused. While the hotel itself is very good, the service during departure left me with a less favorable overall impression. Overall, I enjoyed the property and would rate the hotel positively, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, especially during the check-out experience."

"This is a beautiful resort! The staff are amazing and the property is well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The pool is refreshing. Resort is within walking distance to town. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious!! I would recommend and stay here again!"
