"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

"This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. "Hotel was good, our room was lovely and had a good view of the mountains. Hotel just lacked a bit of atmosphere, there was a bar but only small so no where really to sit and relax in the evening. We were only B &B , breakfast was good but we had one evening meal in there which was disappointing. "
