Family Christmas
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It was excellent and everything we wanted. The addition of the Hanes room was a huge hit. We will stay again.

Christmas in July family get together
Absolutely beautiful retreat for large or small groups very spacious living areas beautiful kitchen area and bedrooms all great size. We enjoyed all on offer except the pool....bit cool in July. The games room tennis court fire pit. The chickens sheep and cows were all very friendly and we all enjoyed their company. Melanie was a great host answering all my silly questions very promptly. We would highly recommend this lovely farm for a relaxing getaway anytime. Already organising a return trip with our families we loved it

Country comfort
There are many bedroom with lots of combinations. There is a pool that you can even use in winter. Cows, chickens and sheep keep kids away from screens. The house is nice and warm, with deep lounge chairs for wstvhing tv and reading. Mel, our hostess, made us very comfortable and left plenty of supplies and backup support. Lots of activitirs to do around us.

CLEANLINESS
We had a great stay at this property and we would highly recommend staying here the property was great but the only downfall was the CLEANLINESS of the house! The whole house needs a good deep clean inside! Communication and all with the owner was great. Plenty of space in the house for everyone.

The house was fantastic! There were plenty of great features and it was a very beautiful location. Mel was wonderful! Very accomodating and made sure our stay was great. Would definitely love to visit again

Mini resort
We had a great time. Loved the tennis court although too cool for the pool. House worked well for our group of friends. Lovely village and sadly the pub closed for renovation. Thanks Melanie for all the goodies left for our use, we didn’t expect it and it was a lovely gesture.

Wonderful Family Farm Stay
My family of three generations all had a wonderful three days . The host left plenty of supplies in bathrooms and kitchen area . All ages were catered for in accommodation. The outside areas had plenty of chairs / tables and the wood pile was amazing . We had both indoor and outdoor fires all three nights and did not run out . We will certainly recommend the farm to others .?

Large farm house suitable for large group
We had a 5 generation family get together of 19 people, age 11 weeks through to adult. We utilised every room, enjoyed the animals, tennis court, even 2 boys in the pool in July 😱. We did day trips and explored Bathurst, Oberon & Orange. Great location. Would be very happy to return. Host Melanie was awesome and responsive to a few things we needed during the week. No hesitation to recommend

Family getaway
What a great host Mel is. Everything about this was families are welcome. We were a family of 8 adults and 8 children but we never felt we were on top of one another. The tennis court was given a great workout and the kids tried the pool. Little extras were everywhere from the milk and bread to the chocolates in the foyer. Thankyou Mel I would highly recommend this host and property

Perfect little getaway
We had a great time, there is plenty of space to roam. The kids made great use out of the tennis courts, play equipment and we enjoy roasting marshmellows. Melanie was a great host and assisted us when needed. They left us breakfast cereal and the biggest fruit bowl ever. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Family Getaway
Went for a 50th with family and we had something for everyone from ages 8 - 75. The pool was a perfect temperature and the kids loved the chickens and sheep. Definitely recommend and our entire group will definitely be back.

Perfect family getaway
Thanks for a great family holiday. As a big group we really appreciated the large living areas and separate rumpus room, multiple bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. The toys and swing set were enjoyed by the kids and the warm pool by everyone. The owner could not have been more helpful and was always prompt with communication. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our early family Christmas getaway. While the weather wasn’t great, it didn’t matter as the pool was heated and the out door fire pit added to the experience. The tennis court (even had lights for night time)for games and fresh eggs from the chickens. I couldn’t fault the place at all. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Beautiful and cozy place to live
It was really great experience for me and my families. The owner had been very kind and helpful from the day I booked my holiday. I was worried as COVID might affect my holiday but Mel reassured me that she will Refund if I had to cancel my trip due to COVID. Throughout my stay, we really enjoyed our stay. There was a situation which was totally unforeseen but Mel promptly fixed the issue. Me and my family were quite impressed with her quick response. She did not let my holiday ruined and made her effort to compensate. I will definitely go back if I am traveling again. I will recommend the place 10/10. Once again, I would like to thank Mel and team to make our holiday memorable . :)

You never have to leave
Mel and Scott's property is amazing and has everything you need. The property was incredibly clean and the check-in process was easy. The house itself has so many different areas that can cater for large or small groups. Our personal favourite was the tennis court and bonfire area. Mel was a pleasure to deal with and always responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Basic and Comfortable Property
Clean and basic property with proximity to Mayfield gardens and other attractions near Oberon . Bedrooms have comfortable beds but lac basic amenities like a dressing mirror , wardrobe hangers and extra pillows and blankets etc. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms need a bit of doing up. Backyard pool was nice but area around the pool was full of dust and leaves. Overall we had comfortable stay

Came in for a small family holiday at this property i was super pleased with the space that I needed for multiple families, thoroughly enjoyed heated pool and some Tennis.. woke up with birds chirping it was what you want in your holiday. Host is very responsive and flexible there was an electrical issue due to storm but the host keep following up till we got the power back.. Overall an excellent experience !!!

Good property in a great location
All of us enjoyed our stay and there was enough room to fit 20 people. Location is excellent and Mel is super quick with her responses. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see fruits, cereals, milk and bread which the kids put to use very quickly! The house could do with some small repairs to a few doors and windows but we had a great time and made good use of the pool and the fire pit. Happy to recommend to others.

Awesome house
We had a great time for Christmas in July. Perfect amount of space, lovely indoor fire, loads of seating to sit everyone down for a meal and great size rooms. All facilities were perfect and loved the outdoor fire! We will be back to make use of the pool through summer! Highly recommended

Great location, massive house to cater to big group, bedrooms with real beds and 3 bathrooms/ toilets was sufficient for our group of 13. The house was clean with lot of toiletries and food supply. We were in winter so didn't use the pool but the tennis court was good we enjoyed and we did long walks and spotted kangaroos during sunrise and sunset.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We didn’t need to leave the property as all activities were there eg: tennis , soccer, swimming and feeding the chickens kept us active. Very spacious home. Would definitely be going back in the near future. Melanie was in charge she was very prompt at answering questions.
