Cannot fault this property and property manager- communication was quick and clear throughout booking process and instructions were quick to understand when arriving at the property. Not only was the property the perfect size for our group but there were so many added extras provided that made the stay really comfortable and enjoyable The location made it possible to minimise use of cars too as we were super close to shops and public transport Would definitely recommend this property

We were a group of 17...house was big enough to accommodate us all easily. Great coffee machine and coffee beans, ample cutlery and crockery. Pantry was well stocked - salt, sugar, tea, some sauces etc. Good sized pots and pans for cooking. Would recommend this property for large groups.

Fabulous
The house was spotless. Extremely well stocked with everything you need. A little out of town,but a small shopping plaza 100 metres up the road. Would highly recommend it for a very comfortable getaway.

50th Anniversary
My husband & I celebrated our 50th anniversary with our Children and grandchildren and the house at Kingston Downs was a beautiful house for us all to get together and accomodated us very well.It is the 2nd time we have used this house for our family gathering

Very clean house with comfortable furniture and spacious areas. great for large groups. Added entertainment facilities such as consoles and movies, gameboards, netflix. Kitchen is stocked with many utensils, pots and pans, and seasoning. Laundry has cleaning supplies and a dryer.

Maureen We had a wonderful time at your property. We were in the area for my son's wedding at a local winery. The position was wonderful, the size of the house was great. We had approx 40 family and Bridal party for breakfast on Sunday morning and we were able to seat everyone either inside or outside. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Located 2mins walk from the shops. This property had all the amenities that was required for our large family getaway of 15people +. A very roomy and comfortable holiday accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again. Easy to locate and within easy walking distance of a supermarket, chemist, bakery and a small but satisfactory playground.

Great home for a large family group
We had a great weekend, with three generations of our family. The large house is perfect, having 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and good outdoor entertaining area with a barbecue. The big dining table seated everyone, and the kitchen was very well appointed.

Great multi family getaway
Our second stay at Kingston Downs! Stayed here with 7 couples and 3 kids (all under 2yo, who slept in porta cots that we brought). Loved that we could all fit around the massive dining table! A great place for a big get together in a quiet neighbourhood.

A great house for extended family groups.
We had a great time. The lay out of the house allows large extended family groups to have plenty of room, especially with the 2 living areas. All our kids were in the bunkroom, and loved that they could all be together. The house is well set up, with everything you need there, including the shed with all the outdoor gear... boogie boards and skipping rope were well used! The only problem we had was that when we first arrived the floors had not been cleaned and it was quite dusty throughout. The house is probably at a stage after a busy summer period that it needs a thorough clean from top to bottom. Otherwise a well set up house.

Presentation of my properties is very important to me and it is not acceptable for my guests to arrive at any of my properties that are not clean irrespective of the busy season. Amazing House!
We were all so impressed with this house! Had a girls only family wknd away and had the best time. Very comfy beds, kitchen is so large & equiped with everything u could possibly need and more! Shops & supermarket were within walking distance.It was clean & well set out. We wished we could have taken more advantage of the outdoor undercover area. Would be lovely sitting out there on a warm day. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and we have all said we would come back again next year!
