Disappointing
The property was very clean and modern, however very small in the lounge area. As no real cooking appliances etc the couch itself could have been larger as really no need for table and chairs. We also were not aware the property was located within a new estate.( my error as I do not know Ocean Grove well and should have researched a bit more) One more suggestion would be to provide an iron and ironing board as room in the closet to use.

This accomodation was everything we needed for a 4 day stay as we were catching up with family & friends staying nearby. Comfortable bed, hot shower & a quite location for sleep in’s was perfect. Very clean & tidy and off street parking was appreciated. Thank you.

Not well equiped with basic kitchen utensils to eat and drink. Internet cuts out and our check in was not easily accessible. Couch for two was not easy to relax. Two smaller recliners would have been more relaxing , together with two side tables for practicality. Some milk for coffee and tea would have been considerate. Washing mugs in bathroom was not pleasant considering sink is not for that purpose . Even though yhe property is new it takes more to make feel guests welcome and comfortable. Too expensive for the frustrating lack of provisions.

Modern and clean
Took my partner away to This mini apartment for his bday where they had left us with a complimentary bottle of wine which was lovely. It was a very cozy, nice modern and clean place and had everything we needed. Was close to shops an walks and the beach would definatly stay again! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay didnt want to leave. Owners were great and easy to get in touch with. Thanks for a great time away. :)

Very clean, nicely appointed apartment in a new estate area. Difficult to locate with Vodaphone towers but apparently ok with Telstra. The place was a bit out-of-the-way for my weekend away purposes (group activities centred in Barwon Heads).
