“Excellent Customer Service”

My family and I booked our rooms at the last minute to attend a funeral in Ocala. Although the occassion was somber, the staff at Sleep Inn made us feel welcome. They were also able to assist us with items we forgot, because we packed so quickly. Having a warm breakfast, plenty of coffee, and a comfortable bed helped us to prepare for our day to day activities. Thank you so much to the staff of Sleep Inn Ocala.

“My new stay for Ocala travel.”

First, I got a great price for a last minute reservation. When I booked the King rooms where not available so I added to the additional request section that I really wanted a King Bed, but non-smoking and quiet were more important. When we got to our room, it was super clean, spaceous, and...A King Bed! Excellent accomodations for the price! The stay was very nice and we will go back!

“Less Money, Superior Quality”

The staff was extremely polite & helpful, even finding us a coupon for a place we wanted to visit without us even asking. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - especially enjoyed the freshly cooked waffles! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“would go out of my way”

I felt like I got a very reasonable rate. I was a little apprehensive because it was so low. Then we we arrived, it was in a nice area, there was free cookies, the interior was very clean, the receptionist was very polite, the room was great (included mini fridge/microwave), and the breakfast was decent. I had no complaints at all.

Area recommendations

We arrived at 9:00pm and left at 7:00am and didn't do anything else in Ocala/Belleview. It was just a stopover on our way up to Tennessee.

“Middle of nowhere but very nice”

I would definitely return if I were to need to stay in the area. The staff was really nice and the hotel just felt new and clean. The breakfast was good too.

“Quaint, Comfortable & Friendly in Ocala”

The staff were incredibly, genuinely nice. The manager even offered me her own personal GPS when I was unsure of how to get to the facility for my training. I declined her generous offer but was blown away that she actually trusted me enough to do that. By the way her cookies that she put out free to guests in early evening were delectable. Parking was convenient. Carts to load and unload luggage and groceries were always available. The elevator was fast. The rooms were clean, comfortable but lacked a flat screen TV as my only complaint. Heating and Air Conditioning was good. Wake up calls were on time. I was disappointed when I overslept and missed Continental Breakfast because it was that good. Perfect waffles that were light and fluffy made in a waffle maker with a timer and a waffle batter machine that takes the guess work out of waffle making. Muffins and fruit were fresh and a variety of yogurt when I had to grab and go. Dining room was clean with large TV and friendly guests. Bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Heat and Air Conditioning was good too. Only complaints were that my window view overlooked the parking lot, billboard for Drag Racing Hall of Fame and the Interstate. And no flat screen TV. Minor drawbacks to an otherwise surprisingly fantastic experience. The Hotel was convenient to lots of fast food restaurants and right off the Interstate. The staff definitely made it INCREDIBLE!!!

Area recommendations

Closer to Downtown Ocala has more to do than where I stayed near Sleep Inn at 17th Court. Sleep Inn was quiet and quaint but not very much excitement if you're looking for nightlife.

“a little dirty”

it was a little dirty everywhere. Water damage on the carpet, crud on the bed frame, yellow ceiling. I will be finding another exit on 75 next time
