As soon as we opened the room door, there was a really strong smell, like a mixture of wet dog and dog urine. I knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep with that strong odor. I closed the door right away and went back to the front desk. I explained the situation and now they said there was another room available. The second room actually smelled clean, but there were a few issues mainly in the bathroom. There was human body hair on the sink’s trash can lid (where you grab to open the trash can), the soap dispenser was so dirty where people press to get the soap that it wasn’t even white anymore, it’s brown now, the bottom of the tub was very dirty that it turned gray, the shower curtain was torn and the ceiling of the bathroom had a few mold spots."
