"The week before we had a wonderful room on the top floor, but one week later, we had a room on the sixth floor that had 2 lights out in the bathroom, the ceiling above the shower needed painting, and the room felt dirty. It was still satisfactory because the bed was comfortable. We really liked Georgi in the restaurant in the evening. He was wonderful and we liked the friendly waitress in the morning at breakfast. The food was also good."

"Everything was good Only the shuttle area at SOF airport is no good signs and all most of the people don’t talk English and we can’t get the shuttle from terminal 2 And the air conditioner at the room wasn’t working- a lot of times the guys help us and fixed and after les than an hour is stop working again🙃 isn’t nice"

"Stayed for a week, solo travel, some excellent staff at reception, some not so good, that could have been because i don’t speak Bulgarian, room is adequate for single travellers, warm and WiFi good, only negative was room or bins weren’t cleaned or emptied for the whole week. It’s about 20 min walk to main attractions but there are trams every 10 min at top of road, you can just use your debit card to travel, tbh the public transport is excellent in Bulgaria, used the Metro to and from Airport...
