Pool was very good, though too warm for my liking. But having lap lanes in a hotel pool is rare, so high marks are due. This hotel has very good food service and seems popular for its meeting facilities, not just lodging. I would have given 5 stars of the pool were kept at a standard 84 to 86 degrees F and if the lobby elevator for garage access (an elevator with an attractive glass wall front) were functional, but alas, the elevator was broken and the pool was distressingly too hot for comfortable workouts. In every other respect, the hotel was first in class.

I’m local and this is our favorite mini escape because the pool is warm and the hot tub and they have fire pits. The food is really good in their pub restaurant and so are drinks but they need more help because it takes hours to get. The staff is amazing.

Hotel is run down and needs a lot of work. I had similar experience at another Hilton recently so I am just gonna give up on all Hiltons. I was first given a room with lamps not working. The rooms were so outdated! Then had food and drinks at the bar. The bartender was nice but I had to teach him that an Old Fashioned did not have soda water. The next day we went back to have some beers and we were joking that an employee from another department had to step in to help when she had no idea on how to even pour beer. The shuttle took 45' to arrive at the airport. I saw 3 Marriott Shuttles while I was waiting for 1 from Hilton. There's nothing around the hotel so you are stuck in there with the mediocre food and drinks.

I appreciated that they kept the room open. We got in in the wee hours of the morning. I wish the shuttle was 24/7, as the Uber cost a lot for a short ride. The person at check in was very nice, but the staff person in the morning was a bit rude. Overall it is a nice facility but a microwave would be nice, as would a free continental breakfast (or at least coffee in the lobby).

Because the property is so large, it might be good to place more directional sings in the lower level sharing where the additional exit doors/ access areas are located. If these are located, then the front desk did not make us aware of the closest access area to our room. Overall, it was a lot of walking to enter and leave the building and reach our vehicle.

The hotel provided excellent front desk service, the shuttle driver gave me very helpful directions for the airport, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the gift store customer service was excellent. The grounds are also well-maintained with a beautiful small pond one can look out over from the dining room. I highly recommend this hotel!

Free shuttle from Dulles Airport. Abdul was a great driver. Easy and nice check in. David was friendly, professional and kind. Great restaurant. Very quiet hotel & clean. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Fairly close to the airport with a shuttle. Basic restaurant on site. But nothing else in the area. Staff was efficient.

Check in and out was easy at the hotel. At the airport we were lucky and got a shuttle right as we went outside but there was a group at the second stop that had to wait an extra 30 minutes due to our shuttle being full.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is very poor. We were woken several times by the family in the next room.

I have been there an know it is good. Our stay was ruined by 2.5 hour delay of bag with United, and so worried I never sleep one wink because we had to leave early. There was no coffee for me because others drank it all and there was no replenishing. I went to bed hungry and had no breakfast (which I know is good).

The Hotel is nice, rooms are clean, and good size. The area around the hotel is of a business area but dining options are not too far away. A good stay for the Dulles Airport area.
