Dirty room
The hotel isn't even vacuumed. There is dust on the baseboard in the bathroom The cleaning is very superficial. I didn't want to touch anything. I didn't walk around without shoes on. Everything needs to be updated, even the coffee table had a chunk out of it, and it was a cheap table.

Check in was fast and easy but our room was awful. The carpet was clearly dirty and not vacuumed. We killed a cockroach within minutes of being there. The walls itself were filthy. Then we found a condom wrapper in the bed. Location was nice and convenient but the room was something else.

Horrible after midnight
People outside my window between midnight and 5a.m. People constantly leaving and showing up! Definitely up to no good! Constant banging on stuff all night. Barely got any sleep!

Stopped late with wife and kids, just needed a place to crash. Scary place. I guess we should have looked for a Safe Place to Crash. Weird vibe. This is the kind of place that has a "Residents" wing, were people live in a room short or long term. Creepy

Me and my family never did stay at this place. We traveled all day and got there in the evening with a child and they kept saying he had no record of our confirmation. There was strange people just hanging around the office. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ended up staying somewhere else.

The room was in horrible shape. There was a leak in the ceiling above the sink. Roaches in the bathroom. Mold and mildew in the bathroom along with what looked like burn marks on tub.Room did not look like it had been cleaned in years. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times during our travels but was very displeased this time. We will not being staying there again.

It was a very run down beat up looking up looking place. It was suppose to be a non smoking room but it was so it smelled bad and there were roaches in the place. And there was hardly any hot water.

This has to be the worst hotel ever, I try to always write borh good and bad reviews but this is the worst. The room was filthy the toilet leaked on the floor. we requested to have it fix they simply turn the water off leaving us with no place to use the restroom. Behind the door of the bathroom was graffiti written all over the walls the walls were dirty dingy nasty. The health department really shut them down I give them a -10 stars. I checked out early and we return home cutting our trip. Never again.

The door to the bathroom had no handle . Two of the lights were out, no soap or tissues at the sink. The towels were so hard like sandpaper. And the bedding smelled. Druggies running all over the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe here.

For starters, it was not a handicap accessible room. It was dirty. It was run down The airconditioner had no labels or knobs. There was graffitti on the bathroom wall. Thrre were patches that had been plastered but not painted

My worst Tennessee hotel experience.
We immediately had to ask for clean cover because they were bloody. The shower was bloody and the curtain was molded with mildew. It was a nightmare because they had no more available rooms. Bad area of drugs and crime. The pool was out of order and the website didnt give us updated details about how bad things were here. We were 4 hrs away from home. Impossible to turn around and go back with children ages 1,4,6,12. Im glad i brought my own covers and pillows from home. This was a disaster. This hotel shouldn't be charging those prices because it's below a 1 star. Its uninhabitable. Im reporting everything as soon as businesses open after memorial day. They said breakfast was served on the website. When we got up and went down they didn't have anything. So pitiful. A shut down is what I'm looking for. Spending money and feeling ripped off is the worst.

We were standing on the balcony and witnessed a drug deal right in the parking lot. The toilet ran all night. The towels and wash cloths were hard and did not seem to be clean at all. On the wall behind the bathroom looked like feces had been smeared on the wall.

The room was not clean. Dirt and cigarette ashes all over the floor and behind the night stands. Graffiti and gratuitous words written and carved into the walls of the bathroom. Cigarette butts in the shower drain. And the worst of all, a cockroach ran across the half wall next to the bed. No thank you. Never again!!

The room was disgusting. The guest whom stay there are mostly permanent residents. We legitimately brought a crow bar in with us to sleep and thank god we did as we were woken up at 12:30 in the morning to someone banging on our door and no one was there when we looked outside. We got up and were out as soon as day break came!!!

Location was the only nice thing about this hotel
Bed was hard. Tub was disgusting. Could not control room temperature. No double lock on the door. Holes in the walls. Bugs in the room. Unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. Possible mold on ceiling. Towels so rough they could scratch you.. Furniture had rears in it. I would never stay here again.

This place was disgusting. The toilet seat was nasty and stained. The floor was dirty. The hair dryer and light switches had smudge prints of some kind on them. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. I think the interior door led into the next room but didn't try to open it. There was no lock on it either. Terrible place to stay.

My husband and I just did an overnight on our way to the south. This place for even one night was awful. Just because furniture is older doesn't mean it has to be dirty. By dirty I also mean a moldy shower curtain, dusty furniture, carpeting that looked like it never had been cleaned ... I would've gone somewhere else if there was something available. The time was too popular because of the eclipse and things were booked up. I did go out to the market and buy a scrubbing brush and cleaner for the sink and bathtub. The toilet also didn't flush well and we had to fill up the waste basket with water to use for clearing the toilet. in the morning I stripped the sheets from the bed. My husband said he wished I didn't do that because then he saw what we slept on. Yuck! Moldy, stained and smelly mattress pad! The people were nice at check-in and that's the only positive thing. Definitely not enough to ever go back.

Great location, great pool..rooms.. not so much
Pool was nice and well maintained. Room was as expected for a motel I guess. One bed was comfortable, one was not comfortable at all. Location was convenient and plenty of places to eat in area. Manager (I assume) when checked in was friendly. Continental breakfast was coffee and a plain donut. Not ideal when traveling with kids. I can't complain, I didn't pay that much for the room and it was place to sleep on our way home from vacation.
