"When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day.
They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 and they said because it’s not clean yet.
I suspect that we were supposed to be in cabin 13 originally but they didn’t get it clean in time.
This made our two night stay not so relaxing. We already had to navigate around some events we had to attend, and then we had to take the time to move into a second cabin the next day, including unloading and reloading the fridge.
You’d think they would try to make up for this inconvenience, but no, they only offered to allow us to cancel our stay and find somewhere else to stay last minute."
