Everything is good. Staff are so kind. However a bunch of ants live the room. That was only problem when I stay there..

Strange that there is nobody answering between noon and 4 pm and at night. Isuggest that the hotel chain has a telephone number where you can call when the reception is closed. There should be more easily accessible information about bus connections in the vicinity

I am sorry you didn't appear to enjoy your stay but am confused when you say no-one replies in teh afternoon and at night. They do. I do. You didn't try to phone otherwise I would have answered. I do wish folk would get facts right before complaining on-line about our hotel - it is very unjust. Our hotel, yes, is closed in the afternoon after checkout and before checkin - we have a life. It is closed at night time as we are a small hotel and cannot employ a night person. As I said, though, that does not mean we do not answer the phone. Thanks anyway for staying with us. Best regards. Very nice hotel to stay in
The owners who are English are very nice. They will help you in anyway to make your stay very nice and pleasant. Don't be afraid of the road, it is very quiet. Sound proof windows. Even outside it is really not noisy. I certainly will come back.

very helpful hosts who try very hard to make your stay comfortable. nice pool area too. rooms are rather small and basic and there is no food available except for continental breakfast .. once at hotel there are no places close by to eat so really a car is preferable. I would say it is more of a B and B with a pool because of lack of facilities.

The host were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a tad small for 2 people though.

Hosts are superlative.
Hosts work tirelessly to ensure your stay is flawless. Tips on where to go and how to get there . Pleasant surroundings, centrally located for transit for those that enjoy the vibe of taking transit around the entire French Riviera including the wonderful area around Vence (which should not be missed). Really enjoyable stay in small hotel with personal service. Perfect for those interested in the off the beaten track affordable accommodations!

Comfortable & welcoming hotel in a great location.
We enjoyed five nights at the Hotel des Cayrons in February 2015. Tom, the owner, was very welcoming and had heated the room before our arrival. He was happy to answer all our questions about the area and gave us numerous maps and leaflets to help us plan our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a great source of information and advice. If he didn't know the answer to one of our questions he would go away, look it up and then come back with an answer. This was very much appreciated as it helped us plan our days to make the most of our trip.

I have to say it is a strange location. But the place is clean and rooms are very small. But easy to go around and had a good night. Overall the place is fine. Location is good and reasonable priced.

Small B&B Type Property out of City Centre
Owners very pleasant, room small, a little noisy (other guests) breakfast fine, disappointing that no restaurant within walking distance although town of Vence only a few minutes drive away. Of course in the first couple of trips at night this involved getting lost and having difficulty parking etc.

Great hotel ... especially for those with kids
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable and they provide all the right amenities if you are traveling with kids. The pool was wonderful (not heated now but felt great even though a bit cool ... although they did mention they may be adding heat to the pool at some point). There is a great little play area and trampoline for the kids to play on as well. There are a few toys/games in the lobby and rooms and they have DVD players available. The breakfast by the pool was wonderful (not included in the price but a nice feature to have) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially liked having AC available for us to use in the rooms. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. It is a little drive to town from the hotel, but not too far.

Lovely family hotel in South of France
We were very pleased with the Auberge des Cayons. It is a small hotel, 10 rooms, I think, run by Tom and Ruth, a married couple from England. The hotel is very family friendly with books to read, toys for kids, playground equipment and a pool. The bus stop down to Nice is right at the front door. The breakfast room is sunny and charming. Rooms are small but we two did just fine. Tom and Ruth are most helpful with information and tips for the Vence area and are just downright friendly folks. We felt like they were our first best friends in France.

Simple et efficace !
Séjour de deux nuits en famille pour faire une halte pendant les vacances. Top de l'accueil à la chambre. Tom est un hôte hyper agréable et prévenant. Petit dej si vous voulez (nous ne l'avons pas pris car départs tôt le matin pour randonnées. Piscine simple et efficace. Le tout à Vence à quelques encablures de la vielle ville (navette gratuite passe devant).

Je vous ai repondu personnellement par texte. Je n'ai pas compris votre 2/10... Oui, j'accepte que la tele ne marchait pas, et je m'en suis excuse, et je vous ai dit par texte avant votre 2/10 le raison. Aussi la machine a cafe qui a ete mis en mode "detartrage" par un client precedent, MAIS je vous ai offert un cafe, que vous avez acccepte, en partant de l'hotel. Je vous ai demande pourquoi 2/10, est-ce que la lit etait comfortable, l'eau pour votre douche chaude, la chambre chaude en arrivant, la litterie propre... oui, sans doute donc pouquoi, encore, 2/10. Mais, malheuresement vous ne m'aviez pas repondu...

Günstig gelegen, absolut OK für einen Zwischenstopp. Zimmer sind OK, wenn auch recht klein. Leider fehlt ein Aufzug, so dass man die Koffer eine enge Treppe hochtragen muss. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig

Hotel cómodo y limpio, la habitación para cuatro personas, con 2 camas matrimoniales y una individual y un baño amplio. El dueño muy amable nos oriento sobre donde comer y que visitar.

Il Sud della Francia.......
Bellissima zona che si presta sia a visite culturali, sia a semplice svago e relax. Persone cordiali e buon cibo. Ottima destinazione per una breve vacanza in famiglia. L'hotel non e' stato all'altezza, siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e gli spazi erano davvero minimi, con i letti matrimoniali alla francese, quindi piccoli. E' situato vicino ad una strada rumorosa nel mezzo del nulla. Molto cordiale e disponibile il proprietario.
