The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too much traffic and away from the chaos of Clifton hill, but close enough to easily access everything.
Hot tub feels really good and a plus point for your stay and the breakfast is the usual breakfast menu you will get in a free hotel breakfast options. Stayed here for the long weekend and would recommend this hotel.
There wasn’t anything we did not like. Have been here before. Staff very helpful and friendly. Sue the Kitchen supervisor is awesome. Goes out of her way to help customers with their requests
For the price, this is SUPERB! Clean room, clean hotel lobby, clean washrooms. Hotel staff are super nice. We stayed during end of May with family. Only caveat: no microwave in the entire hotel. That’s the only reason I marled 4-star.
Great location. The room was clean and comfortable.

Property was clean but very dated. Great location. Walking distance to the falls and Rainbow bridge .$15/ day to pay for parking was a surprise. Fairly priced considering location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Being on Canadian side was right choice.
So the decor was dated & the breakfast ordinary and UPF-y, but the place was spotless & spacious and the staff delightfully friendly. Overall the positives made up for any ick feelings from the negatives.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Building was well kept and maintained. Very nice view of the river from balcony. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.
Everything was pretty good. They don’t have a microwave in your room or even one in the lobby. They were very nice to let us check in early, however the young lady that checked us in was not very nice. Otherwise, no one bothered us, it was nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable.
Our 3 queen bedroom was spacious with big balcony, friendly and helpful staff, clean, amenities was great, near to everything...

The hotel rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.
Half the rooms a renovated and nice and half are not. We were not in a renovated room. It was very dated and grunge. I recommend asking for a renovated room if you are staying.
Everything was good but the only issue was about connecting door between our rooms and the next door which made it noisy and we could clearly heard voices.
Generally it was okay and very nice location and friendly staff.
The absolutely amazing waitress at the morning breakfast was one of the kindest person I've encountered in a long time... she was so kind to my daughters even when they told her the floor was lava... I forgot my coffee in the dining area and she brought it right to my room... all the staff from front desk to housekeeping were so friendly and kind..... only negatives I could mention is if you take road side to see the water the cars can be quite loud... the rooms could use a little TLC and updating...the internet is quite weak... and we were there for three nights and our room was never restocked or cleaned.... but all in all we will definitely stay at this establishment again!!!! That hottub is calling my name lol

The location is nice right across the border, we got the hot tub at first the jets did not work but minor breaker issue which was resolved by staff. The building looks to be abit aged however. Overall good experience.
Me and my husband have stayed there a few times we like to call it and consider it our quiet getaway.. we absolutely enjoy it there
Staff is extremely kind

Staff friendly and nice rooms a little outdated but completely clean it has a charm to it…I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again and there’s private parking but best of all your like a 6min walk from Clifton hill area and about a 10min walk to table rock by the horseshoe falls so it’s in a prime area but just outside the hustle and bustle area so night time everything was quite I would recommend this place if you like nostalgia cause it has its own unique charm

The room was immaculate. Lady st the service desk was fantastic.
Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.
