“disappointed”

the only problem with the room is that me, a trusting perso, expected to see both falls . saw the canada side but the casino was in the way of the american falls . we will find anither hotel that we can see both falls from the same window. this is the excuse i am giving my husband for returning soon.

“A reasonable hotel but nothing specutacular.”

Friendly reception and a clean room. A view from our window was not as great as expected. You can see a Canadian side falls fairly well but also a huge roof top parking lot of a casino building in front of you. A view of American Fall was blocked by the Casino tower. A self parking across the street for $12.00 and $20.00 for a hotel front. 15 minutes walk down to the falls. Good for a family, not a romantic one. Exterior hotel picture in the internet add is deceiving. It doesn't represent a look of real building.

“Terrrible Hotel!”

This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood, the staff is not friendly, the valet offered no assistance with luggage, and, worse of all, while we were out of our room someone came in, went through our luggage and stole out bra's and panties. After contacting the hotel, and the Sheraton for assistance, they have done nothing to rectify the situation. I would stay in my car before I stayed in this hotel again. NOT RECOMMENDED, especially for women!

“Nice hotel; great view”

Even though the hotel didn't have breakfast option, there were plenty of family friendly choices within the hotel and nearby. On the whole, the fallsview room was great to wake up to.

“Great hotel”

Hotel was great. Had King/Jacuzzi room-not large but adequate and very nice. We have stayed in a lot of falls hotels and this was a nice one and the price for October was terrific-would definitely go back. Has bridge to Fallsview casino which was nice and great location to Horseshoe Falls. Negatives were wierd parking and 20.00/day for valet and the Ihop restaurant in hotel was very expensive. Other than that we would go back.

Shopping

If you are not from this area, go to the Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls, NY across the bridge- It is great!

“Great Location, will go back.”

Good service, even though we requested a falls view room, they did not have one available, but offered us dinner vouchers and have us the falls view room the very next morning. Hotel is well located close to all attractions, (although a short walk away) with Wireless internet throughout. On the down side, Valet parking, the onsite Starbucks and I-HOP were very expensive. I will stay there again.

“Would not mind to go back.”

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Falls View. Pros: The room we (my wife & I) had was very good. Nice view to the falls, and at night, it was nice to sit in our room and watch the fire works. The king-bed was confortable for me but too hard/stiff for my wife. There is a starbuck, an Ihopp breakfast and Mario's restaurant in the hotel. Easy access (enclosed bridge) to the casino and shopping area in the Galleria mall where the casino is located. Went to clifton hill by the shuttle bus ($6)each which it was not too bad as it covers for the lenght of your stay. the shuttle picks you up outside of the hotel. Other hotel is also connected to the four points with the Brasa restaurant (brazilian) which it was expensive but my wife and I wanted to experience it.. it was not too bad. We had breakfast at the casino buffet, which it had all I needed for breakfast. The reception-staff were friendly. Cons: The toilet in the bedroom was not working as it took about 1hr for the water tank to refill after each flush. the self parking should be included on the cost of the hotel. we could have park in the casino parking lot across from the hotel for less (next time). no refrigerator in the room (bring your cooler). between the hotel and the falls view, you have to look at the top of the casino parking garage. - Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 3.

Area recommendations

Did not get to spend too much time walking around due to the weather (raining) so I could not give an opinion.

When to go

Summer time to enjoy the water rides, maid of the mist, etc.. Late fall: to enjoy the niagara falls ilumination, fireworks and foliage. -

Getting around

use the shuttle buses to get around. one pass covers your whole stay.

“Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview Review”

Very nice hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Spacious rooms with an entry way and closet area so your luggage does not crowd up the room. Also appreciated that the bathroom was off the entry way. Nice for privacy/quiet if others are sleeping. Rates were affordable, especially compared to other surrounding hotels, and were in keeping with the level of quality. Good location to the falls, just a short walk down the block and down the hill. Convenient and enclosed walkway connects this hotel to the casino and other hotels and restaurants. Hotel shuttle passes available for about $5, which was excellent, especially since Clifton Hill is about a 20+ minute walk and it was pouring down rain and windy during our stay. Appreciated the public computers in the lobby to quickly check email for free. Cost of food is off the chain at the IHOP, Mario's, and Starbucks; however, to be fair, this was true of all of the restaurants where we ate, not just the ones at the Four Points. That was probably the only down side of the trip - the cost of food was just outrageous, even by tourist standards, in my humble opinion. All else was great. Would recommend this hotel and would stay at this hotel again.
