“This exceeded my expectations and I would go back for sure.”
I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there and from the second I walked into the hotel and the staff was so amazing and courteous I was inlove. I then went to my room and was in Awwww with the space in the room and how comfortable it was. I can't wait to come back.
“5 stars vacation”
The service , cleanliness and the location is the best.
“This hotel kept up with the hype”
Had apleasant experience at the Embassy. I arrived 6 hours early and they allowed me to check in early at no added cost. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfotable. The view of the falls were breath taking.. The only flaw was the cost to park overnight.
“Upgrade and get a view room, it's worth it.”
We upgraded to a view room and it was great. The hotel is about 100 yards from the casino where you can park for 5.00 so don't use the hotel lot which is 20 per day. The free breakfast was nice because food in Canada is expensive however do not count on the free drinks because you are only given one drink per day due to strict alcohol serving laws in Canada. The rooms are spacious however the mattresses are extremely soft. Our housekeeper, Lilly, did a great job everyday. We spent 5 nights at this hotel and drove to Buffalo N.Y., Toronto and Niagra on the Lakes. All are must sees. Make sure attractions are open before your trip because things close in the winter, we missed Maid of The Mist by 4 days. Visit Casa Loma in Toronto and definately go to Niagra on the Lake, nice village and a very scenic drive.
“Amazing view”
We had a king suite whirlpool room, on the 17 th floor. It was the most amazing view of the falls! Great location. Downside was the line for your included breakfast buffet and managers reception. You have to get up early to avoid the wait. The buffet was really great, made to order omelets. Overall, a great hotel.
“great falls view”
In the spring my nephew and his family will be going to the falls and I will sugest they stay here.
“very good hotel”
Enjoyed the hotel, the bed was just too soft. everything else was good
“Amazing view to Niagara falls, great hotel”
Best location for the falls, you can seat at night or morning and actually be above the falls. rooms are vary convenience and clean.
“Minor issues with the hotel”
For spending the amount of money that the room cost and then having to spend an additional 20$ for parking I was not impressed. The free buffet tasted very processed and cheep and the room didn't have all the supplies in it like toothpaste and a razor. The room was comfortable and the view was great but it was overpriced.
“it was nice”
The rooms could get an update, they look a bit antiquated, they need to make sure everything is in working order before the guests come in. We had to call the front desk as soon as we got to the room due to a couple of things were not working. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant in the hotel excellent also.
