Just outside of the busy area of Niagara Falls but, things are all in walking distance. Pool area looked to be well maintained. Beds were comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

The room was very nice, clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were excellent checking providing dinner options and directions. Hot breakfast the next day was a real plus (sausages, eggs,waffles, etc) Although a short walk to major attractions this area is old and at the end of the strip. Walk to Fallsview Casino was 15 min. We did not appreciate the $20 parking fee in a lot owned by the hotel. There was no security, etc so fee did not make sense. You could park across the street for $5.

Easy to find hotel. Lots of self parking(20 dollars). Quiet area away from busy areas near the falls but walkable to many restaurants and other venues ie The Waterpark.
