The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore."

"Hotel room had all of the necessities we needed and suited our family sleeping arrangement. Lovely staff, they were so helpful and pleasant and accommodated any needs we had. Only minor downside was the size of the lift; we struggled to get our pram in but was able to with a bit of maneuvering."
