"The reception staff were always 100% helpful with information, water, or anything we needed at our room. Valet always seemed on top of things except on the precise moment we brought in a rental car but I get a sense that they gave excellent service to everyone else the rest of the time. The one negative thing we found was the restaurant. The food was overcooked and the younger servers did not seem to be focusing on the work. There was a relatively older server that always seemed on top of things. But because our breakfast was overcooked, we opted to eat at the many other downtown spots with great service and tasty options."

"It was a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at their restaurant and it was delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was within walking distance to the Amtrak station as well as restaurants, a grocery store and a line of food trucks."

"There was leftover food in our fridge from the previous occupants. The water pressure and shower are incredibly poor You were going to freeze in the shower because it’s barely outputting any water and the bathroom is not sealed from the moon room. I had to hug onto the wall to get clean and spent a lot of time under the water just to make sure every part of me was thoroughly rinsed off with soap. The hotel staff doesn’t lock the soap dispensers on the wall, so they tend to fall off if you bump into them while trying to rinse off. Additionally, the TV channels don’t work due to signal issues in the hallways. The humidity is also extremely high."
