“It was ok.”
It was my opinion the quality of the hotel service was driven only by the reward of gratuity.
“i would stay there again if i went back to ny”
Great hotel, great area to stay close to everything ,
“clean room”
Small room - very slow room service
“Nice Hotel - In the Heart of Everything”
I liked the hotel very much. We had 4 girls in a double/double - and we were a bit crowded. The beds were a little uncomfortable (maybe because we were sharing) and the bathroom very small. BUT, the hotel was nice and clean and the people working there are fantastic. Personally, the area the hotel is located in - not my cup of tea. There were so many people on the streets outside and the sidewalk so narrow - it made getting in and out of the hotel a chore. Also, the hotel is located in a Korean area, so the food choices were not that good. I walked several blocks looking for pizza - never found it - I probably went the wrong way... but I am used to finding pizza all over the city and thought it strange that I could not find any - and also - no real deli's nearby - Speedy's was across the street - but I don't think that would qualify as a deli. We did have a marvelous time in the City - next time, only 2 to a room, and I think I would rather stay up by the park where it is less crowded. If you are looking for a hotel, close to the subway, clean, in the heart of everything, then you should stay at the Radisson - it is a great place. If you want quiet, with little cafes and cute little restaurants, then stay some place else.
“great location”
Small hotel , but right in the action. Food in hotel was expensive & ordinary. Eat outside for better food at a better price. Elevators were painfully slow.
“will book this hotel for every trip i take to nyc”
I used to work on housekeeping for the Marriott. I am very critical on the cleanliness of my hotel room. Couldn't find one thing that wasn't clean. The staff was friendly from check in to check out. The restaurant was fantastic. This hotel is centrally located to make walking in the city a breeze. Can't wait to return!
“San Antonio-2011”
The Hotel was in a great location. The Staff was great and helpful. The bed was a not as comfortable as I would have liked. The only thing that I disagreed with was the $25.00 a day for parking. I thought that was outrageous. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
“THANKS!.... FROM FOUR SATISFIED, NC SISTERS!”
My sisters and I spent four gratifying nights here...The staff was so friendly, and helpful in directing us to great tourist sites and providing us with everything needed…..The desk attendant even helped me print my boarding passes when I had trouble getting the printer to work. We would definitely choose this hotel again. It is within walking distance to a “shop ‘til you drop” experience of a lifetime!
“Radisson Martinique”
I got switched to this hotel because the original one I booked was cancelled. It was one of the best things that could ever happen! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and pretty convenient. Being in Koreatown was the only down side to this hotel.
“great value great location”
Our room was recently renovated and looked very fresh and clean. The bathroom was tiny but new and clean. My only complaint was absence of a place to put our suitcases. We were right around the corner from Macy's and there was a subway entrance right outside the hotel. We liked being near Times Square but not on it. We could walk to Times Square or south to Chelsea and Greenwich Village. Our block was filled with Korean restaurants and we ate at a great Korean barbecue.
