“New York's Nice hotel”
perfect hotel
“Renovations in progress”
Neat small hotel. Quiet, comfortable. Open shower stall design a little weird but acceptable. Location requires a bit of walking or short cab rides but convenient to Brooklyn attractions.

The hotel employees and manager were very accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Did not eat at restaurant or have drinks at bar but they looked very nice. The complimentary breakfast is brought to the room at the time you indicate on the order form. Not fancy, but presented well and was fresh.

It was a nice place very modern,bar on roof top and resaurant a floor below the bar I enjoyed my stay with my girlfriend only thing we didnt like was the smoke free police.

Very Nice hotel. Loved it. Very comfortable. Urban and Chic. Miss the plush beds when went back home. Continental breakfast is ok, but you can always order extra. Nice flat screen TV with DirectTV - sufficient for watching while on vacation. Close to 9th Street Subway station. Close to a variety of restaurants on 5th Ave. Hotel Staff very nice, polite, and accomodating.

everything was perfect and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The service was great. They made me feel very comfortable with bellman bringing me complimentary snacks and drinks to my room. The bed was very comfortable and nice large plasma Tv in living room.
“never been to brooklyn before”
i have been to NYC many times, but never stayed in brooklyn. the reason we stayed there was because my son lives there. i thought it was a nice hotel, very modern and within walking distance to my son's apartment and to prospect park. prospect park is beautiful. although the hotel was on a main street, the neighborhood close by is very small town-like. we enjoyed our visit very much. the cab ride to greenwich village 2X was not very expensive. there is a restaurant/bar on the top floor that was not open due to remodeling. i would enjoy going there when it is finished to have a view of the city.
“Perfect New Hotel”
Our daughter and her family live in Park Slope just blocks from the hotel. It was a comfortable walk for us and the staff was fantastic! We will definately return. We were only sorry the restaurant wasn't open.
“Loved It”
Staff was very attentive. The room was very unique - very modern, somewhat small but definitely comfortable.
