Hotel in middle of China Town, nice hotel.Posted 06/11/2013
Pros: Very clean, staff helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing/boring. bagels, toast cereal that sort of thing.
Location: Great access to Greenwich Village and Williamsberg Bridge. Was able to walk to ferry to see Statue of Liberty, though a long walk it was pleasant.
Hotel was pleasant, very clean. Didn't particularly like the area but easy access to Williamsberg Bridge and Greenwich Village. Oh, and getting from the airport (Newark) was a bit of a nightmare. Staff couldn't get hold of shuttle service staff for about 1/2 and hour and then they turned up another 1/2 after that! Didn't find staff helpful on that score. Had I been on my own I would have freaked out. Getting back to the airport was fine though. Only took 1/2 hour! Would recommend flying to Newark, despite the problems at the beginning.

A clean, comfortable & conveniently placed hotelPosted 01/11/2013
Pros: Clean, comfortable with helpful staff & a reasonable price for NY
Location: In china town & beside little Italy both with lots of places to eat. Very close to the subway making it convenient to go to uptown NY.
We found this hotel clean & comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. It is reasonably priced & if we go to NY again we would stay at this hotel. It is also close to the subway you can get around everywhere. The breakfast area does get busy but we only had to wait for 5 minutes once for a table & the food was always kept well stocked.

NO FREE PARKING! Overpriced, bad service!!Posted 14/09/2013
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Customer service, parking guidelines, cleanliness in shared areas...
Location: A bit far from the subway, close to China Town & Little Italy.
The suite itself was fine, if unimpressive. The employee working the front desk was not only unhelpful, but unfriendly and uninterested. We chose this hotel based on the online promise of free parking, but when we arrived we were told a premium package was necessary to qualify for free parking. The parking garage was in fact, not even owned by the hotel, and this alone doubled the price of our stay. We would NEVER have chosen this hotel (overpriced, poor location) if we had been aware that parking was not included. We were very disappointed overall with the hotel, the experience and the employees. Why choose the Comfort Inn Manhattan Bridge when there are many, many more affordable, better located and friendlier hotels to stay at??

New York GetawayPosted 09/09/2013
I give this hotel top marks. The staff here really knows how to take care of their guests. The room was more then adequate with plenty space to spread out. The bathroom was full of supplies and lots of towels. The free breakfast buffet was awesome. Everything from juices, fruits and cereals to hot bacon, eggs and waffles. Great job Comfort Inn.

Excellent service from this hotels staff. The room and bathroom were very enjoyable. This hotel has the strongest water pressure in the shower.

Clean roomPosted 01/09/2013 on Hotels.com
The room is abit small. If you just want to stay for a night, it is adequate. However, dont expect much. The bed is comfy and clean. Subway is a block away. Overall, good.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, staffs were very friendly. Shawn checked us in and he was very helpful. The hotel felt safe and walking distance to Chinatown which was very convenient for us.

The staff was very nice. The area was fun. No complaints except we had one of those conjoining rooms so we could hear the room next to us and vice versa.
