George was very helpful in helping us move all our things from the old room to the new one and ensured the ac worked properly. I appreciate the quick fix. Aside from the systems being down and the tvs not working, we had an overall good experience. The front staff was nice and inviting. I loved the feel of the lobby with the pool table, giant Connect Four, and the bar being open 24 hours. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was friendly and check in/out was super easy. The hotel gave more of a "boutique" vibe rather than "luxury", but fit our style perfectly. They have a bar and games in the lounge/check in area and the room setup with two separate beds was perfect for two separate people traveling together. Only complaint was the TV that didn't work, but I only needed it for background noise while I slept.

Check in was for 4pm. We got there a little late and tried to check in around 5:15pm. They said “The room is not ready yet. We cannot check you in.” We were told no room was clean to check into. We waited 45 minutes to finally check in. However, not being able to check in until 6pm, caused our plans to be delayed. All that was said was “sorry”. The lobby was very hot as well. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes with no one coming to serve. Overall, room was nice and clean.
