"Even the building has elevator but some rooms still need to take stairs to get to the floor so the luggage."

"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and mostly clean, although there was a empty to go coffee cup left on the window sill, but other than that everything was good. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was a breeze. Although it's not right in the village, it's about a 10-15 minute walk which was perfect for us."

"The property wa OK however I thought I had reserved at the Prestidge Spa location not realizing they has 2 locations. The train went through at 2:34 AM and the tracks are inky a few feet from your room…. so not a good sleep. I guess a lesson learned you get what you pay for… would not stay there again. Because of the location."

"Everything was great...but...when we decided to call it a night and wanted to watch a bit of TV you scored a big zero. Most hotels have minimum TV selection...but they do give access to a streaming service like Netflix. This hotel did not give us the option. We had to watch the minimum selection. They would have received a perfect score otherwise. Thank you."
