“A Very Happy Customer =)”

I called the hotel with questions before our stay, and each time the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the staff waited for us to arrive, even though it was after 9:00pm. The hotel room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definetly stay at this hotel in the future. It was much nicer and quieter, than the casino hotel we stayed in the following night.

“A bed in Needle”

This was a very decent spot for a touch and go on the way to Grand Canon or Sedona, coming from los Angeles. Nothing luxurious here but a honest deal and a staff that was unexpectedly nice and efficient.

“Good value”

In a 2 week driving holiday in California and Arizona, we stayed in a number of motels - the Best Value Inn was exactly what it claimed to be - good value as well as being comfortable

“simple, inexpensive; near market, taqueria.”

simple, inexpensive accomodation. close to intersection of routes 40 and 95 at east end of Needles, near local supermarket, taqueria. friendly staff.

“Just ok.”

-Very average place, a little tired but clean and tidy. -Ideal stop between Los Angeles and the Grand Canyon. -Very very poor breakfast.

“Good Deal.”

Although it could use a makeover, this place is RIGHT off of the interstate which makes easy access. It is rundown, but not disgusting or terrible. I've stayed at places TWICE as bad for TWICE as much money. Housekeeping is very, very friendly!

“Great for overnight”

Arrived late and stayed for one night passing thru. When it is 90+ degrees outside it is great to arrive at a motel that has the A/C on in the room before you arrive. The room was decent, smelled clean and checked clean. Had a cold fridge and microwave, Direct TV with many channels. We did not shower but the bathroom/shower looked good. Free b-fast was VERY basic, a few fruits, honey buns and instant oatmeal.. The ice machine was out of order. There was a clean pool area with a BBQ. Not sure about a long stay, but a great value for a place to sleep !!!!

“Good to stay for the night.”

Hotel was clean, however AC was not operating, we were lockout for 30 minutes due to a malfunction on the key reader, manager could not locate the tools to open it.

“Good value for a one night stopover.”

The only problem we had was the "very" strong perfume like odor in the room. Apparently it is something they clean with. They should seriously re-think that.

“Fell off their radar.”

The front office was pleasant and helpful, however we must have fallen off their radar when it came to cleaning our room on our second night. We arrived back at the hotel at 8:00 pm to find that our room hadn't been touched...beds unmade, no towels, no nothing. At this point in time we just said the heck with it and went to bed anyways. Not much you can do when you fall off their list of things to do.
