"Nice rooms, very few amenities, no coffee in the rooms, Outdoor pool was not open yet, but looked ready, (34 degrees outside. People sitting in the lawn, lounge chairs weee locked up , asked to pay 12 euros each to use the indoor pool!!! Was once a nice hotel, a little dated and will nickel and dime you. Stuffy atmosphere"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine."

"Una muy grata experiencia en Ramada by Wyndham en Tres Cantos. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a obtener una habitación lo antes posible dado que llegábamos a las 6 a.m., luego de un vuelo de 12 horas. La zona del hotel muy tranquila y el desayuno tenía harta variedad."
