On the following day I asked if they were going to clean the room. I was told by the staff and the regular worker that they clean the rooms once a week. The manager then told me that he had told me at check in. I told him that wasn’t correct. His staff then threw the policy at me. I told her I didn’t need it. They threatened to call the police on us. They told us to leave the property. We were onour way to an event. I called Expedia because I didn’t feel comfortable staying there not to mention concern about my belongings. I asked for clean towels I was told to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk then we can get fresh ones. I literately had to leave the hotel because of the stress not to mention uncomfortable

Room had a bad musty odor, I had to go out and get air freshener to mask the smell. No dish soap, no dishwashing soap, rusting radiator with old pistachio shells inside the vent. One remote for two tvs, chipped/peeling furniture. Broken recliner. There is no attention to detail. No staff around. Had to wait 10 min at front desk for assistance…

Cleanliness was questionable. Had to have my room changed as bathroom towel rack had been broken prior to my checkin with towels on the floor and the replacement room had a bed not properly made and a pillow case with what looked like a blood stain. Would not stay there again as now I wouldn’t trust its upkeep.

Staff doesn’t care about autistic young men and serious illnesses such Cancer. Lied about not having another room with a bathtub for my family take a bath. Until I contacted Expedia customer service, they were able to find a room with a tub. Called the General manager next morning asking for a late check out since we had to move our stuff by ourselves from one room to another’s he argued about loosing money with us because the original room was not rented. Nasty nasty staff.

I come down about once a month for medical reasons. The property is safe , usually quiet. Clean and I can relax after a medical procedure. Unfortunately with this last stay I had an issue with the thermostat in my room that took days to have addressed properly.

Check in was slow. Everything you have to pay for that you would otherwise receive for free such as toothpaste/toothbrush. What I hate the most is having a musty smoky scent lingering as I enter the room each time. My partner and I were convinced we got bit by bed bugs. We noticed the day we left bite like marks on the knee area and upper thigh that started to swell up by the night time.
