"Great spot. But pay close attention to the room you pick. Building D has very low quality rooms in a bit of an odd area of town that has a lot of construction happening nearby when we were there. Building B is wonderful though. So if your budget allows, book rooms there instead of D. The staff ... Particularly the owner's son ... Was super helpful."

"Location was excellent, place was lovely, breakfast was wonderful. Proprietors did not speak any English but we communicated pretty well despite the barrier. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed to be required to pay in cash upon checkout. There was even a sign that said they accepted credit cards but she was insistent on cash. Wiped out my cash supply and due to transaction fees and exchange rates cash is much more expensive for travel. Found this to be typical in Greece, however,...

The interior combined in a wonderful way a modern sensibility with beautiful traditional stone and wood features. We found it to be so wonderful that we returned for a second stay during our trip. Just minutes to all the historic sites, beaches, shopping and restaurants of old town Nafplio. Best part is the staff though, so kind and helpful. They helped us set up kayaking at the sunken city and figure out the ferries to Poros. But most importantly, they notified us quickly when we left some important items at the room so we were able to retrieve them quickly. We will return here."
