Unfortunately in my experience the property was more style over substance. The heating in my room wasn't working and reception said no technician was available to fix it until the next day. They only offered me a space heater after I pointed out it was -2 degrees out and impossible to be without heating. The staff were not apologetic about the broken heating. The standing shower also did not drain well and overflowed. On the positive side the hotel was clean and quiet.

Friendly staff, check in and check out was super easy. Housekeeping could pay a little more attention to detail (eg replacing towels). The room is basic but has everything you need except for a closet. Great location!
