I specifically required parking when I searched on Expedia for a hotel. When we arrived there was no parking and in the 5 minutes we spoke with the hotel clerk, we were assessed a 25€ parking ticket. I find this unacceptable.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the train station, and also a short walk to the shopping area of Mulhouse. Staff was very friendly and attentive

The hotel was fine and comfortable i know the french have an issue with the british but the night receptionist this guy was just down right rude which mard our stay

Check in was smooth. The road is blocked in front of the hotel, so it was difficult to find as well as to park. It was a last-minute booking during a road trip and the room was clean and comfortable.

What I liked: The hotel is located near the main railway station, which is good for travelling by train to various places in Alsace, and also very close to city center. The room is spacious. The WiFi connection is good. The breakfast includes a good variety of food. The room has tea maker. What I didn't like: During the 2 night stay, the room was never cleaned. The bed sheets were stained. The view from my room window was to an ugly inner courtyard. The room lighting was pretty bad. At check-out, the person from the reception didn't speak English and didn't understand my complaints about the room.

Good location and clean/comfy room. The only thing I disliked was their foamy soap in the shower/toilet. It provides very little cleaning and you need to take copious amounts of it to even get any benefit.

Pros: excellent value for money; clean rooms with good natural light; good radiators heating (I stayed in Mulhouse in another hotel, more frills and more expensive but it was cold); conclusion: out of 3 budget hotels I tried in Mulhouse this is the best. Cons: the breakfast a bit expensive for what it is; lack of a bar if you want to have a beer in the evening...

Dirty and broken
Sheets had hair on them. Looked like they were not changed. Front desk was helpful in searching for clean sheets but it took a while to find the correct size as it was after hours and we checked in late. Shower had no curtain or walls to prevent water from going everywhere. This would have been less of an issue if there was a drain for the water on the floor but there was none. The water collected into large puddles and had to be cleaned with our towels.

I recomanded this hotel, only few steps from Gare
I alaways had nice atay at Best Western de la Bourse. Nice & helpfull staff. I prefer the room with bathtub than the room only with showee.

Worst WiFi ever! Could not use.
Great location. Easy walk from train station and to city center. Room nice. Stay ruined due to horrible WiFi connection. Staff would not admit there was a problem and said “everyone in the hotel has WiFi” implying I was the only one who had problems. Utter nonsense. Didn’t work in lobby before check in and at any time in room. Said connected (with only 2 bars) but no websites would open. Staff indifferent, not welcoming and did not speak or understand English. At least we could communicate in German. Very disappointed. Would not recommend if you need a good WiFi connection for business or travel information. Very annoyed with staff attitude regarding this.

The hotel was nice for a single night's stay. They need to rethink the shower floor. Slick, golf ball-sized lumps in the floor are not conducive to staying upright. Neither of us fell but it seems like that might happen in the future.

Alright for an overnight stay
Hotel was generally good however found the check in staff and process a bit odd. We arrived early and before having a chance to say we just wanted to store our bag were piunted to the clock and told check inn 3.00pm, actually on Expedia 2.30pm. We’re there just before 3pm and had we not asked would still be sitting there I’m sure. TV reception was that bad on all channels could not watch anything. Breakfast was good as was room only a little small.

Lovely staying, beautiful building and surrounding area. My room was pretty and clean, the bed comfortable. Quiet area but central, nice view from the window. Concierge service out of hours, so nice. The breakfast room was picture perfect and I was sorry I could not stay to enjoy it in the morning.
