room is new and very clean with complete room facilities. Hotel was under construction but still able to check in with no hassles. would come back when hotel is completely renovated.

Disappointing!
It was disppointing, the full buiding site next to the Motel. The messages we got was that there are renovations to the pool, however it is cnstraction site of the ohter hotel clearly visible on the photo.Not quite sure why it is listed as a hotel? It is a motel and that is how it should be listed on your web site. No signs that it is Aden Hotel either, quite confusing good that we had an address.

The half-eaten croissant on the floor that didn't quite make it to the bin. All guests are aware of what the renovations look like and quite frankly we send messages, calls and emails to let guests know plus its on all websites. Please read the fine print.

I did like that the room was newish however thats where it ended for me sadly. I was hoping to chat with the management on site but at 9.45 am reception was still closed. The room had so much hair on the sheets, in the bathroom floor, in the shower, along the walls in the bathroom ... it was like someone thought a haircut would be appropriate but housekeeping didnt see any of it. I also noticed a fake female nail on the floor in the room. The corner the property is on had work around it and we parked onsite then trying to get out someone parked so close we couldnt get out until I went back and forth for a few minutes ... fencing and bollards made it very difficult. Being as far as it is from the city centre a restaurant on site would have been good. Whilst I did get a note saying works are on from 1 Nov 22 I thought 9 months later they would have finished.

As for the renovations, you may see some properties take longer than others due to the world's attendance in jobs and finding reliable workers, hence, we still haven't put a finish date to the letter guests receive. Please also note that the receptionist came into contact with you, and nothing was said to her at the time of your stay.

After making our booking online, we were extremely impressed by the personal contact by the Aden Mudgee Team to inform us that there was construction on the site which could impact on our stay. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome at Reception & on entering our room the handwritten welcome note set the tone for the establishment. The room was beautifully styled with crisp white linen & complimenting accessories. A very comfortable bed, hot showers, air-conditioning to offset the chilly Mudgee weather – what more could you desire. Our compliments to the cleaning staff for presenting clean & fresh accommodation – a difficult task with the construction on the site. The personal & professional attitude by all the Aden Mudgee team was exceptional. It was exciting hearing of the vision for the future of this establishment. We look forward to returning to enjoy the amazing amenities when the “resort” comes to fruition. The service & personal approach of the Aden Mudgee Team exceeded any 5 Star hospitality rating.

The room itself was surprisingly nice, aside from some little details like the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor. Shame about the run-down, seedy feel of the outside. Hopefully improves once all the construction is completed.

Joshua was hugely client centred. The high quality snacks box and wine was great touch for renovation inconvenience. Need have herbals e.g. peppermint tea as tea choice in rooms.

It’s a nice place - convenient , you can park your car right outside your door, room and bathroom look very new and clean. There is a construction happening around but it doesn’t bother at all. They are planning to upgrade and add lots of amenities around Aug 23 so this place should just get better

too often regional motel rooms are a disappointment but not at the Aden. With a pillow top bed fit for a 5-star hotel, a stylish understated decor, and heating that worked perfectly all offered with caring reception support, you couldn't fault it. Look forward to seeing the new restaurant
