"The gentleman that checked me in was really wonderful. He helped me get my bag up the stairs and was very kind and respectful. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. Problems: the coffee maker was broken. Worse yet, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and some in the bathtub. It’s pretty disgusting to look down and see Brown long and some curly hairs on the floor. Also walking around in my socks caused them to be quite black on the bottom. I have blonde hair so, those hairs were not mine. I took pictures, and am trying to upload them."

"While the desk clerk was really great, there were some major drawbacks, starting with inaccessibility from the south bound lane of El Camino. You must take a very tricky series of on and off ramps to a freeway before getting to the right side where there is just one entrance and exit to the hotel. The office and lobby are very distant from parking area. Lastly, for a party of three adults, we had only one chair to sit on in the room. Awkward and uncomfortable. However, the rates were reasonable and the breakfast was very good. "
