"My relatives came to town for my son's wedding, they stayed at the property for 7 days. First of all, the place was very clean, and kitchen has all the stuff we needed. Second, the location is great, it's close to freeways, and short drive to most of the major attractions. And last, but not the least, Chris was a great owner. He respond to our question/request promptly, and was very flexible with our earlier check-in. We definitely will rent again!"

"It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location."

"Great property. Unfortunate beginning to our stay. I had requested (and manager confirmed)an early arrival (a couple of hours early). When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. VRBO did send a cleaning squad as soon as they could and paid for our dinner out while the home was cleaned. But the arrival left a bad impression."

I know the host has no control over this, so no ding on them, but it is very noisy when the folks upstairs are walking around. Overall a wonderful home. "Dylan was a gracious host and very communicative. Awesome location, easy walk to University Avenue and short Uber to anything else. In town for Stanford event and was a great location for everything Palo Alto. Also nice set up for working from home. Would definitely consider again when visiting Stanford."

"The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied. VRBO said they had no responsibility. Never book with VRBO - they won't help you like other...

"The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We felt right at home. The owner was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. We also noticed the house was very close to all the major Silicon Valiey companies for those looking for a place to stay while working."

"This accommodated our family of 3 couples and 3 single adults fairly well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom but those who slept on the sleeper sofa had to share a bathroom. It would work better for not all adults. They charged for parking for each room, but credited us for one when we complained of a non-working coffee maker. The kitchens were very nice and well equipped, and they had a great full, hot breakfast and pleasant dining areas inside and out."
