"The hot tub doesn't have bubbles and I was told 2 different reasons for it not having bubbles. The lady that checked us in told me that it was the State...Health Department doesn't allow them to have bubbles and they were the only hotel in Washington state that fallows the rules, the door to the pool and hot tub was broken it wouldn't let us in so we had to get a temporary key that barely worked. The manager the next day gave me a different reason for the hot tub not having bubbles and she used a "personal reason " she wouldn't turn up the jets for more bubbles. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the amenities they offer weren't working correctly. Being a traveler, it would have been nice to have the jetted tub working fully."
