The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. However, the breakfast photos on the website were a bit misleading. The pictures showed donuts and pastries, but during our stay the options were limited to one type of mini muffin, sliced bread, and raisin bagels.
I was also disappointed by an interaction with housekeeping. While getting ice, I tied one of the plastic ice bags to use another bucket for keeping our milk cold, and a housekeeper spoke to me in a way that felt more like a scolding than a simple explanation. Overall, the staff at the front desk made a great impression, but there were a few issues that affected our experience."
