Very spacious but dusty...
Well kitted out for large young families but the cleaner had not looked under the bookcase & tv unit for toys and crumbs etc, which was visible when sitting on the couch. The mop was missing the sponge so could it not be used and the dishwasher appeared "locked" into the minimum wash cycle. Overall not bad and we had an enjoyable holiday...

Great place for these mums and their teenage lads to share while participating in the local basketball carnival. Flexibility to extend our stay depending on outcome of our games.

Perfect getaway
Beautiful, clean home, well located. Quick walk to the beach and nice yard for our dog to run around in. Will definitely return. Spacious rooms and plenty of games to entertain guests.

Fantastic!
Such a lovely holiday home in a great spot. Lots of space inside and outside, and only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful and easy to access beach. Comfortably fit our 3 families with young children. The host was very accommodating with detailed information every step of the way, and very easy to communicate with.

October Family Holiday
Great sized property, very spacious, fantastic gardens enclosed for the furry child, other kids loved the space and basketball ring. Everything you need for a big family/two family stay. Very short walk to the beach and easy walking access to Moonta and Port Hughes Jetties for fishing/squidding. Highly recommend.

Lovely big family home
The house was big and fitted a large family the bedrooms were all big and large lounge area and dinning area the only real downfall was the kitchen and bbq. The kitchen was I’ll a quip medium frypan no electric frypan no tongs and other utensils missing that would be normally in holiday homes and only one shelf in the oven making it hard to bake, the only bbq was a webba not properly clean and not big enough for 11 people for a barbecue but close to beach and not far from Moonta or port Hughes

Moonta Bay great place to stay
This was a well presented, clean house with everything provided that you need and as described in details. It was a very short walk to the beach and in a quiet location. Ideal for families or if like me with a group of friends. I would thoroughly recommend and I will definitely return for another stay.

Lovely home close to beach
Lovely home with a securely fenced large backyard (great for kids and dogs). Well equipped kitchen, loads of seating in loungeroom and dining. Great sized verandah and good aircon. Very quiet street, so close to the beach, would def recommend.

Amazing for families
A very huge property, good for a few friends families to share, it’s close to the beach, a bit far from the pier but okay for kids to discover the sand beach. Some fruit trees in the backyard, these make kids excited to pick some fruit, even they are still sour. Overall, it’s a very nice home.

This property is very large and great for family and friends. It is also within walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is that the backyard is full of grass burs which is not good for dogs of long fur. For dogs with short hair it shouldn't be a problem.

Early Family Christmas Celebration
We enjoyed our stay, the home was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed. My grandson loved the collection of toys. The home is well located to explore the beach and surrounding towns. Unfortunately the weather was stormy during our stay but mother nature is unpredictable at the moment. The Host Stephen was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and prompt replies to any enquiries I had. Thank you, highly recommended this property

We found the property on a quiet street. Large 4 Bed Room house, plenty of room for large families with. Mixture of double beds and bunks. Property clean and comfortable. Convenient for Port Hughes, Moonta and Moonta Bay. Awesome Stay!

Bike team holiday for SUPER SERIES
House is very well positioned and equipped for holidaying close to the beach. Easy check and out, very clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen with nothing missing. Heaps of room for our group of 5 adult men. We've all bookmarked the location and Web address to plan future holidays and we'll bring the wives and kids next time. Very happy with what we got for the money, so much better than anticipated!

Friend re-union
4 couples, aged in late 60's-early 70's, got together for 4 nights as a little winter getaway/re-union. Accomm was perfect as there were 4 bedrooms with ample beds to accommodate. A/C in all rooms. And 2 bathrooms, & separate toilet. Lovely large modern spacious kitchen, large table in eating area, great lounge area with large tv. Spacious, wide passageway through house. Outside decking area great & back lawn area was great for our Finska games! Not far from beach, Pt Hughes or Moonta. 2 hr comfortable drive from Adelaide. All in all, an excellent place to stay, would stay there again another time.

Great place but...
Slice of mouldy bread on tray in oven. Milk shake container dirty. Found a dinner plate in cupboard that had egg left on it. Carpet in two bedrooms needed good vacuum. Floor under lounge very dusty - we left it like we found it. But vacuumed each room when we left and swept floor. Found a visa card between lounge cushions- left on kitchen cupboard with keys. But still had a relaxing time and will definitely try to come back for fourth stay.

Lovely spacious house with large rear and side deck, perfect for our big group seeking a quiet coastal weekend. Easy 5 min stroll to Simms Cove for beach walks and views of sunset over the ocean. Property was very well kitted out (although some cushions and a second throw rug on couches would be a cosy touch), and owner was very good to deal with.

Sensational simms cove
House and amenities well maintained and clean. House is spacious and well equipped with plenty to keep kids occupied. A quick 7 - 10 min walk from Simms cove.owner was great to deal with and kept in touch during our stay. Will be back again.
