“Consistent Westin experience”
Having stayed at Westin Hotels in three countries, it's reassuring to know you'll get a consistent standard of room quality and furnishings. The room I was allocated (1516 I think) was large and very comfortable. The only quibbles I have are that there was no mini bar in the room. Instead you have to order drinks at a higher price through room service. Wi-Fi was free - a marked improvement over the Westin I stayed at in September adjacent to the Boston convention centre, where I think the cost was $15 per day. Additionally, the air conditioning vent in the room blew straight across the bed, making it hard to be comfortable during the night. All in all I would happily stay here again.
“Comfortable and very clean”
I would definitely stay here again. It had everything I needed for my business meeting and was close to Old Montreal so I could shop and dine easily. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
“The Place to Stay in Montreal”
The location of the hotel puts it in walking distance to the old town, Bell Center and St.Catherine's shopping street. Decent size room with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on and an immaculate bathroom. Our breakfast the next morning arrived on time and it was delicious. This was our first time at the Le Westin although we've been to Montreal before and stayed at other hotels. We will definitely go back there next time. A great place to have a relaxing weekend with great service and zero pretension!
“Big bang for your buck”
We could not believe we were paying a budget rate to stay at this first class hotel on a Saturday and a Sunday night. The room had two stuffed chairs, a desk, frig, safe, two queen beds and a huge walk in shower. Even the bellhop who came to collect our luggage as we checked out was dressed so well he could have been the hotel manager for all we knew. We were two blocks from the Metro subway station (Victoria Square) and one block from what our guide book named as the best restaurant in Canada. The location was the Old Port area of the city and may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for walking old cobble streets and it reminded us of Europe.
“Highly Recommended”
We recently stayed at Le Westin Montréal with our 2 children, ages 8 and 10. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city skyline. The beds were very comfortable and most importantly to me, the floor we were on was very quiet. The kids loved using the pool, and we enjoyed being so close to Old Montreal - so much so that we left our car parked in the Westin's underground garage and walked everywhere. The staff were very courteous. I would definitely stay here again, and I found it to be family-friendly.
“Need better concierge service.”
It was a great hotel, but the concierge didn't have enough info for us as tourists. When we asked for a nearby place for coffee, she sent us several blocks away, and then we discovered some great places next door at the Intercontinental Hotel. There were also no tour information brochures available.
“Would love to stay there again!”
One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Service was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful comforters on the bed, nice bath with shower. Overall a very pleasant place!

New hotel in great location to experience Old Montreal. Clean.... very comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful!
“very clean and well located hotel”
my only complaint w/ my stay was that on the second night they didn't stock our bathroom w/tissues, toilet paper or ANY towels...I had to call and inquire about the towels, they said they were cleaned off site and that they weren't ready yet...we had to wait about an hour and a half for towels
