“"Road Warrior Rates This Hotel "Cleanest Ever!"”
A charming privately held hotel close to the restaurant district on St Paul's street. While furnishings are a bit spartan, this is the most immaculately clean hotel that I have ever stayed in ...5 star hotels included and I travel a lot. It was also "very quiet" which is important as I am a "light sleeper." Also, everything worked: hot water, heat, television and "free wireless." Comes with a full kitchenette as well. In addition to the normal Complementary Continental Breakfast they include eggs, sausage and potatoes and delicious French pastry. The staff couldn' t have been nicer too. Would stay in this hotel every time I travelled. These people really know how to run a hotel. A "real find" and a phenomenal value!
“very reasonable price with great comfort”
i stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. location is very convenient. it is close to the core of the city. only a walk distance. rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. i recommend this hotel and if i were to go to montreal again i would stay here again without a secondt hough
“nice downtown apparthotel”
Not fancy butplessant and well equipped. Fitness center is poorly equiped but otherwise nice clean rooms with well equipped kitchen.
“Not bad but disapointed with the location”
The street where the hotel is at is creepy. However, it is conveniently close to the subway and nice restautants. and walking distance form most touristic places. I am not sure I would recomend this hotel, the location is convenient and the hotel is nice but still not the most pleasant street.
“Good Montreal hotel”
I was only in Montreal for 1 night and was very pleased with this hotel. Location wise it is great. At the end if the street is the Berri/UQAM Metro station, which is handy as 2 of the major lines interchange there. The hotel is also very close to the restaurants and bars of Rue St.Catherines. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was basic and passable. Staff were very friendly. All in all would stay there again.
“This is a clean hotel”
It is clean and comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. I will go back for sure.
“It's OK.”
The only thing that upset me was TV service. Only a few chanels were accessible, and TV stand was not comfortable and the remote control didn't work for two days in a raw, despite the hotel maintenance to fix it.
“Bad Location”
I have been to Montreal before but a different area. This hotel seemed to have it all. The parking is awful. It is below ground and if you have anything larger than a small car forget it. Only 1 car at a time can go around . Luckily we didnt run into anyone trying to go in the other direction because it was so narrow to begin with trying to go forward I couldnt imagine trying to back up. Very few spaces as well. The room was ok. We only stayed 1 night but that was enough for me. The street it was on was a bit scary especially at night. They block off St Catherines during the summer from cars. We started walking down but it was very hot and quickly realized it wasnt worth the walk. We opted for the casino instead which of course meant moving the car, ha, ha!
“Nice hotel”
We had a nice big room with kitchen. Breakfast was very good.
“Great value”
Great value for the price- would definitely use again. Close to many restaurants, close enough to walk to Old Montreal; hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Berri-UQAM metro one bock away. Parking available for $15.
