“Great hotel. I will go back”
Rooms are wide, completely newly furnished studios which makes it very comfortable. Location is good and personnel very attentive. Having 2 drinks and buffet breakfast included in the price is also very nice! I will definitely stay there next time I visit.
“Great hotel in a great location!”
The rooms are hugh when you book king bed. Seperate bedroom from bath and living. Has a nice kitchen and the bath has a jacuzzi tub. Free breakfast and 2 drinks per person each night. Again, its close to a lot of great areas like shopping, metro, notre dame church.
“Great Hotel”
Excellent hotel in a great location. !
“An overall nice stay.”
I stayed at ES for a conference. It was convientely located and the staff were amazing. Mario in th resturant and the older of the chefs were outstanding and acknowledgement us everytime they saw us. The Conceirge provided outstandig recommendations. An Overall nice stay.
“Wonderful stay - great location”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It had convenient parking, a great location and the room layout was very nice. The breakfast and evening receptions were very good. The only downside was that the temperature in the room was rather warm and the thermostat did not seem to work properly. The bedroom was rather cramped, but these two negatives would not prevent us from staying here again
“Very Good Hotel”
Nice, good location, good service....
“Embassy Suites - Vieux Montreal”
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is extremely competent and courteous and the location is excellent (close to the Underground City, Metro, and Old Montreal sites). The breakfast buffet and Happy Hour drinks are complimentary and by booking with Expedia, I saved a significant amount off the daily rate. The room was a bit small but it did have a full kitchen for those who might want to prepare meals in their home.
“rooms are too small, breakfast area is too small”
This hotel is in a convenient local to the Old CIty and a few blocks from the Metro, which can be reached mostly by traveling through the underground city. It is very convenient to Chinatown. We were disappointed by the size of the room which was very small. The bedroom, which contained two double beds was so small that you had to squeeze around the end of the bed, avoid hitting your head on the wall television mounted in the corner, in order to make your way to the bathroom. Another disappointment was that there was a kitchen in the suite without a single kitchen utensil. There were no plate, cups, silverware, pots, pan, etc. Nothing! We had to go to the grocery store to buy plastic spoons and cups in order to take advantage of the fridge to have a few snacks. The breakfast offered by the hotel was tasty, but the lobby area is crowded and dark. It was hard to find a table in the morning. This would probably be a better hotel for a single business traveler than a family of five. We have stayed in other embassy suites in the past and had a much more positive experience.
“Great Hotel”
Attentive helpful staff, good value - free breakfast, drinks at the bar. I also liked my room. Clean, comfortable bed quality decor/ fixture.
“An Outstanding Value”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently located, the rooms were comfortable, nicely appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us plan our two days in Montreal. We particularly liked having a restaurant as part of the facility; after a day of touring, it was nice to come back to our room, and have dinner just an elevator ride away. We definitely would use the hotel again when we are in the area.
