"What an outstanding experience we had! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the staff. "Amazing location. Really friendly & helpful staff. Spacious room. Only downside is it’s right beside a very good bar in oldtown, so if you want to sleep on a Saturday it will be 2-3am before it quietens down. My advice, just go to the bar."

"highly recommend nice to be close to old town but not right in the crowds . Bus stop right outside take you directly to old town. we were there in off season so could not enjoy the beach but it looked really nice . V level was definitely worth it . The breakfast buffet was wonderful . The dinner buffet had a lot of options but food was lacking in flavor , thought dinner buffet was a little expensive E40 and it did not even cover still water . overall i would recommend this property to anyone "

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but was very costly (~60 euros a night)."

She gave all the information needed and was very helpful all the way through. As the hotel is in the old town, in a prime location, the space is of premium and the room was tight. "Fabulous property, adjacent to the Jesuit Steps. Our Room 7 looked out at the Jesuit Church and the Steps. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with loads of hot water and high pressure shower. Our room immaculate, beds very comfortable, also has fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con and heating fully adjustable if needed. Windows open fully. Excellent communication. Everywhere in Old Dubrovnik easily walkable in 10 minutes. The perfect base for a 2-3 day visit. Thank you. "

"Hotel is built in mountain. Pretty new. Very pretty and clean. There is free parking, but when you arrive by car, park in front and staff will take your car to the (narrow, gated) parking lot down a very small alley on the other side of the hotel. First floor is lobby for check in then rooms are downstairs. There was no elevator, but staff helped us with our luggage. The hotel has a private beach area then you use an elevator near lobby to go downstairs. You have to use your room key to go down to the beach or back up (this was to prevent other beach goers not patronizing the hotel from using elevator to get back up which would mean longer wait for patrons). Our room was large for 2 people, has safe in room, clean, dried snacks and a liter bottle of water complimentary was waiting for us. Breakfast is free. Buffet of deli meats, bread, croissant, fruits, yogurt, cereal; but also a menu to order from. Delish. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Water - use the cup, do not drink from the bottle. Hotel was about 20 min walk to old town. Weather was beautiful and we went in April - right when season is about to open. Our tour guide told us this is one of better times to go, prices for everything cheaper, but also much much less people. Staff very nice, polite, professional, pleasant. Most speak English well. Would stay here again. Def recommend. "
