The room was large, comfortable in climate, and very clean! The cooking facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed had fresh linen, good quality pillows and super comfortable mattress. The staff had all been so lovely to my wife and I, leaving us a handwritten welcome notes each day, welcome chocolates. I really recommend this property

We loved our stay at Quest! Loved the apartment, the new-ish building, late night check in was a breeze, very friendly customer service. We had a patio (ground floor) and all necessities. The only obvious disadvantage is distance to the downtown of Melbourne and airport. The hotel is steps from the tram stations, so that’s easy, but ride to CBD takes close to 50 mins. Despite of the distance, we loved the property so much, we would stay again!

I had problems from pre-check in. I was reallocated to a sister property in another suburb due to electrical faults in the room I had been allocated (but not informed about this). On arrival they could not find me on their system and when they did they allocated me to another room that had a faulty ceiling light in the bedroom (it kept flickering even though the switch was off - which I discovered on going top bed). I reported this and was moved to another room that was in sub standard condition (smelled) and the bedroom was not set up properly (including no beside lamps). My experience was so bad I decided to ask for a refund (including for the night I stayed due to the incovenience I experienced). Only a partial refund was provided. I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone.

The staff really went out of their way to ensure the needs of our stay (as we have a small puppy dog) were met, and were also happy to hold our luggage for the morning after we checked out. The location is convenient and the amenities in the room were basic but satisfactory. I would recommend if you leave anything in the rooms accidentally, that you call the venue (not text them) as even though they are responsive via text during your stay, I don’t think they read your texts after you check out. We managed to misplace a item that was special to us and we thought replying to their previously responsive text message (on the day we checked out) would be the best form of communication, however when we popped in after the weekend, realised that we should have called, as I think our text message was missed (and item long gone). Of course that’s our fault we left the item in the room, not the staff’s! And our fault we didn’t call.

From the day of check in until the day we checked out, we were provided with a clean room and excellent customer service. The air-conditioning was really great on the very hot days. We had our pup with us so were provided with a dog-friendly room.
