Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"This hotel is centrally located near the Shimbashi station. It is very convenient for going places. The room size is very good for Japanese hotel standards (Standard Double). Breakfast options are good (both Western and Japanese). The staff was able to offer early check in (I arrived at 1 pm), so that was super helpful after a long flight. The rooms are in the upper floors (27 ), so the views are good. I didn't get a Tokyo Tower View room but wish I had! I would stay here again on another trip."
